reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved becauseMy credit card was charged over $600.00 last October 2015 and I have yet to see the products.  I have spoken with a representative from the business who stated that my credit card charge would be refunded and it never was.  It even took them a while to respond to the Revdex.com.

As you can clearly see, today is July [redacted] but according to iYogi, my so-called unlimited tech support starts from June [redacted] before the matter was even resolved. They have NOT contacted me.  Someone claiming to be Iyogi contacted me and almost got away with stealing $500.00 from me but was stopped by the credit card company.
