his decision and processed a complete refund of the money paid. Now the claims of we 'destroying' his computer are completely vague. This complaint has not been resolved and I doubt if they will ever resolve it as they just keep giving me the run around. I believe they have never had any intentions of honoring their satisfaction agreement and that they will never refund my subscription fee. Therefore, buyer beware of this company.
