Dear [redacted] ***,Thanks for the complaint notificationThe complainant states that iYogi tried to charge an unauthorized payment from her debit cardWe would like to to bring to your attention that we send an email notifying our customers about the auto renewalThe same email has an opt-out option and the auto renewal is carried forward only for the customers who do not opt-outAs we did not receive any response from the complainant so we initiated the automatic renewal charge for her existing subscription with iYogiWe understand that the customer had moved out of the country however we do believe that she had access to her emails for that time periodAs far as the amount charged is concerned we have refunded that in fullWe shall not be held responsible for the customer for not keeping in touch with her bank peopleWe believe most of the communications between anybank and it's customer happen over the emailsSo we think the customer should have received emails from her bank regarding any transaction that would have taken placeWe believe we have done whatever was required of usWe have respected the customer's decision of cancelling the subscription and acquiring a complete refund of the amount chargedTherefore, we humbly request you to close this case.We thank the Revdex.com for keeping us informed on real customer issues.RegardsART, iYogi
