Refunded on **-June-2015. Requesting [redacted] to check the card/account statement from which the charge was deducted initially for the month of June-2015 where the charge would have been voided or refunded. IYogi indicated that they will refund my money and requested my name and address in order to mail my refund to me. That information is: [redacted] ***.I am expecting a refund in the amount of $313.99. That includes $187.99 for my order of Microsoft Office 2013 that was never received. It also includes $126.00 for the time remaining on my service contract. I paid $179.99 for a 5 year contract and still had 3 1/2 years remaining. (In my original submission, I thought it was a 4 year contract. I found my original paperwork and learned that it was 5 years.)
