Diego did not do his job and whom ever this person is is not doing his job either! I do not accept this!

I am rejecting this response because:This is the same kind of generic response I have always recieved from this company that lends itself to endless circles entrapping and crippling consumers to allow companies like yours to ignore, frustrate, and disregard the people you supposedly serve whom you believe have no choice but to accept such poor business practices because they are believed to have no other choice in perpetuating a monopoly on those who have decided to better themselves through education only to be blindsided by bureaucratic incompetence in the guise of benevolence.

I am rejecting this response because: the company misrepresented who they were and the services that could be provided in a Public Assistance Loan Forgiveness ProgramThey also had a fake seal of the Department of EducationI don't think the DOE would be proud or agree with how they are conducting business.1) I was told I would not need to file separate from my husband2) I was told what my payments would be and now to qualify for the PALF Program, I need to pay $more a monthIt's a scam and rip-off.I will be taking further action unless this matter can be resolved.Regards,
