[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This loan was originated from an institution that I attended and again, the date the loan originated is NOT March Heather expressed in her mailer to me that by law they are to report accurate information to the credit bureaus and unfortunately, Fed Loan is not abiding by this law as they continue to report erroneous information on all of my credit reportsThis loan was originated in but prior to MarchI am requesting that I be provided with the signed promissory note that reflects the date that they are reportingPer the National Student Loan Database, which is the one and only accurate reporting agency for this loan, the date they're reporting is incorrectFurthermore, the payment history being reported reflects that the 1st date of delinquency is May on [redacted] , June on [redacted] & on [redacted] February Well which one is it reallyHow can this be accurate if it’s all different? I am requesting that these reporting’s be deleted or updated to reflect the correct loan details per the NSLD under the Fair Credit Reporting Act immediately Regards, [redacted]
