On 11/15/2016, I was notified by Fedloan Serving that my account was in delinquent statusI have made my monthly payments via direct debitI last paid my monthly payment on 10/in the full amountI called customer service and they were unable to resolve the issue, but noted that I did not pay my June bill in fullI checked my June payment, and confirmed that I had paid it in fullIt appears that the business has (as of November), changed the amount due on a bill months before, and have deemed me delinquent for their mistake, and their reps are unable to help.Remove my delinquent status and correct the prior bills
