They were suppose to call me back and let me hear my recording by February 23, 2016, they have now told me there is no recording! Yet, in their letter it suggests that when I called I heard an automated system tell me the payoff amount which is TOTALLY FALSE! I call the # listed ###-###-####I dont have an acct number so I enter st gives options which I hit for a customer service rep and did NOT hear my automated payoff info which they suggestedI guess when I call and speak to a person and ask a payoff amount I assume they are giving me correct information and NOT lying to meI have complained to the Consumer Protection and the Board of Education also Regards, [redacted] ***

I was able to connect with an efficient representative at the company, and my name has finally been changed on my loan documents Thank you Regards, [redacted]
