I had a 3DayBlind consultant come to my houseI asked her one specific question about how the blinds would work. She assured me that the blinds would work in the manner I requested. She did not say, "Maybe, I think so or I'm not sure" she said, "Yes, you will be able to tilt the blinds up or down even when partially open at the bottom." So those are the blinds that I ordered and she wrote an invoice which I signed. But the blinds that I got do not function as she described. So either she ordered the wrong blinds or she made a mistake in describing how they would function. Either way these are not the blinds that I ordered and this is not my fault, it is completely the fault of the consultant. I want a full refund

There was no response within the customer's rejection. We are still willing to work with the customer if there are outstanding issues, and we feel the compensation offered was fair

The Day Blinds Management Team is working with the customer to schedule installation according to availability

While I understand that $was refunded in a gesture of goodwill, that amount DOES NOT justify the time and consideration that we as customers put into this processDay Blinds emphasizes that they completed the order as per the original invoice--this is correctHowever, they do not make mention of the fact that this order was not completed on the first time, the second time, the third time...it took at least five tries for this order to be completed correctlyEven when the company had reordered my product (if needed, I have records from emails with ***), they messed up and ordered the SAME incorrect product that they were trying to replaceI have been very patient, albeit persistent throughout this process and exhausted my records with Day Blinds directly before reaching out to the Revdex.comI hope we can come to a fair and considerable resolution.

To begin with, I was told from the salesperson that I could only order 3-Day Blind product; no *** *** products through Day Blind out of the blinds were installed 8-2-and immediately broke in multiple places It took until 8-15-for someone from customer service to be assigned to my case and email me offering repairs I requested a refund on 8-15-(email attached) because the product was defective and made of poor materials The fabric on these cellular blinds is particularly thin compared to other brand names and illuminates sunlight into the room rather than blocking sunlight into the room Counter-productive in performance as well as functionality due to parts breaking I could see a cycle of repair and replace was going to begin and I do not trust the new product will be made of any better quality materials.No reply to my request for full refund and return product Offered identical replacement product Since I used *** *** quality as a good product reference point, I was offered to order *** *** to my surprise I asked for a quote It took until September 5th for an appointment to be arranged between a salesperson who could sell me *** *** blinds An entire month after my initial installation of Day Blind product I have had broken blinds for a month now I don't even know if I can afford the *** *** product Should be able to get quote via email and quickly in order to make informed decision Day Blinds has the dimensions of the broken blinds already My dated emails are attached at the slow wait process dealing their customer service people I called their corporate office phone number and was routed to a salesperson in Illinois.Would prefer not to do business with Day Blinds; very frustrating Bad quality workmanship product and slow, poor customer service response Would still like a full refund and they take their product back

We walked through the house twice with the consultant and showed exactly which windows we wanted covered He provided a price based on our walk through assuring us the windows we wanted to be covered would be We could have had the job done by another company for an equivalent price, but went with three day blinds based on our walk through with the consultant and the pricing he gave us Now three day blinds acknowledges their consultant screwed up, but is asking for more money because their consultant missed two windows Now we don't have the option to go with the other company because all of these prices are based on "packages" of windows covered Please provide full refund, we are not satisfied with your service or your bait and switch practices You can have all your treatments back You offered us one price after walking through with your consultant twice, but now are trying to charge more, acknowledging he screwed up There is no more classic bait and switch tactic than this
