I cannot say enough great things about FH Furr and also their plumbing tech, Michael B*** Over the Christmas break I had a late in the evening problem with my garbage disposal/dishwasher and called them and they said that they could have someone come first thing in the morning I was worried to wait because I had some water dripping out of the dishwasher due to the backed up garbage disposal The FH Furr phone assistant was so nice and set up the appointment for the next day but recognized my current dire need He helped me by telling me to get my wetvac out to pull the broken glass in my garbage disposal out and use the little tool to turn the device at the bottom of the disposal Fortunately, this worked and I could use my disposal and dishwasher and I didn't need the morning appointmentGiven their honesty and kindness in helping me on the phone with my emergency, I knew that I wanted to do business with them in the future Sure enough, a few weeks later, that same very old garbage disposal was now leaking from rusting out, so I called FH Furr for a service callMichael B*** a plumbing tech, came on time and was polite and very efficient While there, I also asked him to look at a running toilet and a leaky shower faucet He thoroughly and quickly diagnosed all three problems and gave me a reasonable quote to fix them all He then had all of the work done in about an hour because I needed to leave for a doctor's appointment and he worked quickly to accommodate that After he left, I put the lid on the toilet and discovered that it hit one of the new pieces installed making it difficult to flush so I called back He came early at am the next day to change out the part to make sure that it fit securely, even though I had not given him the toilet top the day before, so it was really not his fault, but mine This is one of the most TRUST WORTHY and RELIABLE home repair services I have ever used and not only will I call FH Furr again for my plumbing, but I will make sure to ask for Michael B*** I will also start using their other services for heating, air conditioning, and electrical because its just plain hard to find honest and reliable repairmen and this is the place to call I was also going through a major illness and Michael B*** could not have been nicer or more respectful to my situation A very kind gentlemen indeedA job very well done Thank you
