Phonephet Acame within the indicated time frame, investigated, found the problem and resolved it The thing that sets FH Furr apart is that the technician stayed and monitored my heating system for minutes to ensure that it was indeed working properly High quality service, polite, respectful, knowledgeable and efficient

Just had Ben Gfrom F.HFurr Electrical come to our house this morning to do some electrical work He was friendly, helpful and knew his business Had a very pleasant conversation with Ben while he worked He worked quickly and completed his work in no timeI have used this company before and never had a problem with any of the technicians that showed up

I was apprehensive in getting a hot water heater replaced due to the tight conditions where the water heater wasBut Chris did the job really well, professionally and courteouslyA well mannered and professional service manWe have hot water!!!

Excellent service They are a bit pricey however

*** *** in response to ID number *** As I sit at my desk writing this, I ponder the reason for the customers complaintThe technician shows up at the customers home looks at the job to be
done and quotes an exact price to perform the workWith that being said the customer letter starts out and I quote (As I start writing this, the technician is in my kitchen) so we gave the price proceeded to take care of the customers problem and while doing the job she writes the Revdex.com because she does not agree with the priceWe are the only service company that will send a service tech to your home for FREEWe will look at the job quote the price and leave the job if you do not agree with the priceI really do not know what else I can offer the customer that is inclined to do the job for the price given and complain before the work is doneAt this time I do not feel any compensation is warrantedWe will continue to offer the best service and a up front price to all of our customers

I am so impressed with the service provided to me by Joshua Nwho installed a new hot wayer heater todayJosh has been to my house on two other occasionsHe is incredibly polite, professional, and an outstanding technicianI was very nervous about having to have this service but after talking it over with Josh when he came out to do an estimate, I trusted his professional judgement, and, as it turns out, when he came today for the install, the old pressure tank he also replaced was literally about ready to crackWhat a relief it was to have had this service done before it became an emergency I will continue to use FH Furr for all my plumbing needs...in fact, I signed on for the biannual service agreement they offer because it saved me 15% off of the service I had today (which basically paid for the service agreement and then some)Bottom line, I trust FH Furr to give me a fair price and to do quality workThey will not disappoint

F.HFurr's Jimmy C*** came to our house yesterday to inspect our HVAC system He did that and also suggested that we might want to consider upgrading to a new system, to replace our 19-year old system, rather than spend money for refrigerant and cleaning We are more than pleased with the service of MrC***

In regards to Mr*** complaint
1.Mr B***, was there to address a no hot water situation NOT a loose nipple on top of the tank according to my service record so that statement would have no barring on this situationMr.*** appeared to
have two issues at his residence one no hot water and second erratic water pressure both were addressed a new reducing valve was installed and seems to be working correctly as there is no mention of it not workingThis reducing valve controls the water pressure in the home and again has nothing to do with a no hot water situation it was a separate problem therefore there will be no refund on this itemThe water heater was tripping the breaker therefore we addressed this with the customer and gave recommendations for repairThe repair was completedMr*** called the same evening to complain about the pricing and that no invoice was left on job siteI spoke with customer and asked if the tech had given the prices up front and he agreed that he had but he still felt that the cost was to high and he was going to complain to the Revdex.comI asked why did you have the repairs done if he had felt the price was to high he stated he had no hot water and needed work doneI told him that it would have been better to heave not done the workHe stated to me that he was going to complain to the Revdex.com if I would give him some type of monetary compensationThe worked was signed for and then the work was completed I was not contacted when the water heater stopped working and was not give an opportunity to do my warranty repair (One year warranty) instead he calls another company out to either fix or replace the water heater he does not give this informationI have on my service record a recommendation of a new water heater which he says was not given the option but is clearly on the invoice. I do not think a refund of the total amount is warranted do to the fact that all the repairs were not focused on the water heaterI will apply monies spent on the water heater towards the installation of a new water heater supplied and installed by F.H.FurrAll invoices are electronic and sent to e-mail address for the customer convinceI will send Mr*** his invoice if he would like to have it, or I can e-mail him a copy which ever he would prefer

I received superior service HVAC Specialist Justin Bresponded to the call He was extremely quick in diagnosising the problem and fixing it He answered all my questions and even provided some information that I didn't think about asking I felt valued as a customer

We've used FH Furr for nearly a decadeThey arrive when they say they will, clean up after their work, and complete the work for the price quotedToday, we just had our A/C unit checked out to make sure it's in good shape for the summerPaul Rgave me some advice on keeping the unit clean and gave me a heafor some upcoming service needs in the next year or twoI really appreciate that

*** *** in regards to ID number *** installation of garbage disposal Customer declined to do the job when he questioned the tech about the price my tech my tech statement was what
do you think the job should costIn no way was my tech going to lower the price to the customerHe declined the work we left with no cost to the customerAt what point was this bad business practice I don’t see that at allHe also states in his letter he was expecting to pay around I cannot supply and install this product for that amount

I have had the pleasure working with Mark K*** from F.HFurr in and in again in October In both instances, I had contact F.HFurr to have several electrical modifications made to my home Not only did Mark listen to my needs he provided suggestions on how to improve the desired results he then followed through with implementing the modifications

Very good service Rashid and JB came in, explained what they were doing and kept me informed the whole time Cleaned up before they left and tested everything working excellent F.HFurr Ambassadors

Juan B*** did an superb job in servicing my HVAC system He did an exceptional job repairing my AC unit and ensuring that my HVAC system was functioning properlyJuan was very courteous and took the time to explain what he needed to do with the servicing and repairs Two separate parts were needed to be ordered and put into my AC unit to make it work properly Juan fully answered all of my questions He was extremely professional in his every action I am very pleased with the job Juan did
