Very professional, completed the job and gave me options for future service that would improve my units efficiency

Had my first annual review. FH Furr electrician was professional and knowledgeable. Was able to answer all my questions and provide cost estimates for some additional electrical work I was considering.
F.H. Furr provides an annual electrical and plumbing review as part of the HVAC contract.

F H Furr provided the assessment, electrical, and gasline work for house generator. They were considerate, efficient and cleaned up afterwards. They took the extra mile to help the home owner re-label the electrical panels and assist the validation. That was truly appreciated. Lloyd was the electrical technical and James K[redacted] helped him out to ensure the homeowner's power was back on within a couple of hours. Their consideration was truly appreciated.

I have refunded the customer the money in dispute. I am including three documents.1.Voided check for annual debit2.Contract authorizing annual debit.3.E-mail dated May 23rd advising we are refunding $190.80 and sent copy of service agreement.

Mr. Rodney T[redacted] did an excellent job on my HIVAC system during the annual cooling system check. He was professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problems and offered solutions that worked. I have used F.H. Furr for at least 16 years and have always been very happy with the work performed. This was no exception. F.H. Furr Comfort Technician Jimmy C[redacted] was most efficient in his recent annual inspection of our heating unit. He was on-time, took the time to explain what he was doing and how it applied to the well being of our system. I can readily recommend both him and the FH Furr company to others.

My technician from FH FURR, named P A[redacted], appeared at my oor at exactly 8:30 am, as I had requested. He performed his duties in a diligent manner, and he was very respectful of our home, and he was extremely knowledgeable. I hope to have him back in the fall.

This morning Comfort Technician Jimmy C[redacted] of F.H. Furr arrived promptly to perform periodic maintenance on our home gas furnace. This is the third time he has been to our home. He completed the work professionally and explained what I needed to do to maintain/improve the performance of the system. Particularly, he noted that the blower motor was dirty on account of our recent vent cleaning. He also recommended the I periodically disinfect the A/C condensate drain with bleach. Mr. C[redacted] work is a fine reflection on F.H. Furr, a company I have done business with at several homes. I look forward to having Mr. C[redacted] service our system again.

Jimmy was very professional and thorough as he inspected my furnace, humidifier, and heat pump. He was on time, efficient, and left me with solid recommendations for my system's future needs. Well done!!
