Very good experience with Jimmy Cat FHFurr He was professional and pleasant

I am rejecting this response because:MrB***'s response is nonsensical for the following reasons First, he states that *** *** is not a neutral party, yet ignores the fact that they were entitled to payment regardless of whether they blamed FH Furr or blamed it on randomness By implication, MrB*** is implying that FH Furr IS neutral even though they have every reason to blame anyone or anything other than themselves out of self interest Second, MrB*** admits that a dirty condenser can hurt efficiency but fails to explain why FH Furr deserves to have been paid even though he seems to be admitting that FH Furr did not perform proper maintenanceIf it had, the condenser would not have been dirty I would like MrB*** to answer a simple yes or no question - would he be pleased if his own condenser was left as filthy by his company as his company left mine? Third, he says he looked over the contract and it specifies no refund; I think when maintenance is not done according to contract a refund would seem a logical response to compensate for services NOT rendered Fourth, he says that a dirty condenser can "only" hurt efficiency but cannot cause a leak, glossing over the fact that FH Furr's services are the reason that the condenser was not clean Is he implying that a dirty condenser is good for the system, and that the extra exertion is not enough to exploit a weakness in the refrigerant system? Fifth, he states that FH Furr did no charge maintenance visits since If this statement is correct, than why was my credit charge charged each and every month since for $13.95? If MrB*** has amnesia about these payments, I can easily provide proof from my credit card company

I was very satisfied with the service I recieved today from F.HFurr HVAC Service Tech, Alec B*** He went above and beyond bring my system back on-line and explaining to me every step of the way and how to prevent future occurances

Recent service from FH Furr is negative Company was hired to clean the furnace, based on recommendation from a home inspector The technician arrived and stated there was an issue with the furnace (blockage within the heating system) and stated the furnace needed to be replaced Even though the technician was told a home inspector did not detect an issue days ago, he cut the system off and stated he detected a hazard and by law he had to take action The technician also stated the home inspector was not an expert detecting these issues and/or the home inspector was not a good one I felt the technician was trying to make money off of the situation, since the condo was being sold A second opinion was obtained and the new technician concurred with the home inspector, stating the unit had no stoppages, nothing was broken, it is old and operable and needed to be cleaned

Robert Pcame yesterday and helped with two plumbing issuesHe was informative, kind, courteous, neat and thoroughI truly appreciated his great service I will definitely call him againService IS important and FH Furr recognizes that

FH Furr has had my business for a service plan for my HVAC for years and I have had only positive experiences with themLast week, Comfort Care Technician Lorenzo Lperformed routine maintenance on our systemHe was very polite and courteous and he thoroughly explained one area of concernI recommend this company (and Lorenzo) to anybody

Response to rejection,
In response to Mr.***'s rejection it appears we are at a stale mate, I would be willing to compensate for the water heater repair when I see an invoice from another service provider stating that the repair I did caused the water heater not to workIt is customary that the customer give the original service provider the opportunity to do the warranty work that the customer paid forIf the customer chooses to use another company to do work on the water heater that is his right as an consumerBut if the customer is wanting a refund on the work done he will need to produce documentation that proves the work we did one was not needed and two was not done correctly in this instance I have not seen any to support these allegationsI have attached invoice showing the recommendation of a new water heater and what the repairs were to the present water heater and the pricing of each along with the signed copy from the customer to proceed with the recommenced work

Paul R***, a HVAC Tech for FHFurr completed our winter inspection of our HVAC system on November 15, MrR*** did an excellent and thorough job He was courteous and knowledgeable on our equipment He completed the inspection very efficiently in a timely manner We will ask for MrR*** for our future inspections

Jose was prompt, made good recommendations, and took the time to make sure I understood on-going maintenance of newly installed itemsI really appreciated his courtesy and expertise

I called FH Furr in the morning when we discovered we had no heat and within hours a technician was dispatched The operator who took my information was also very courteous and helpfulThe technician for FH Furr, Drew Mquickly diagnosed the problem with the furnace and was able to complete the repair in less than an hour He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable

Josh did a very thorough whole house plumbing inspection, and answered all questions about current, lingering, and emerging plumbing issues

My gas hot water heater began leaking over a weekend I am a preferred customer (paid for this plan) and could not get a serviceman out until the weekdayThe price quoted for a new hot water heater, pressure valve, drain pain, etcwas nearly $ With my preferred customer discount, the price came down to approximately $I used a service to find a plumber and EVERY other plumber quoted this exact same job for around $ I hired one, got the job done and am completely satisfiedFH Furr could not tell me the price of parts vs the price of labor They quote the job only They tried to tell me the water heater alone was more than the total cost by all the other plumbersIf you like giving your money away, then use this company

I just wanted to take the opportunity to commend the excellent service provided to me today by Jimmy C*** an HVAC technician with F.HFurr HVACJimmy's friendly and helpful attitude coupled with his superb technical knowledge and outstanding professionalism combined to provide an excellent service experienceWhile the company is by no means inexpensive (the cost of replacing a minor waterline was honestly exorbitant - and dictated by the F.H.Furr price list) this in no way should negatively reflect on the overall serviceI suppose it simply reenforces the adage, you get what you pay forJimmy was great and should be commended for his excellent performance and for representing his company in the most favorable lightI would certainly recommend him and the company

Prompt scheduling, arrived on time, outstanding diagnostic, explanation of the problem and repair to my heating system Juan B is a top notch tech

Reference F.HFurr customer service June 22, regarding a problem with insertion and removal of HVAC filterFilter was being jammed on the rear of air handler U-channel due to bent/deformed sheet metalComfort Technician Juan B*** quickly recognized and resolved the problem by gaining access inside the air handler and straightening the bent/deformed U-channelFilter now inserts/removes correctly as designed without any bindingMany thanks to Juan for quality, professional, courteous service

F H Furr's technician, Juan B*** arrived on Saturday to perform a required furnace inspection for the condo associationIt was extremely helpful to me that they could perform this on Saturday as I did not have to take time from work to get this doneMrB*** arrived early in the day, performed the inspection and made minor adjustments to fine tune the performanceHe was courteous & knowledgeable and took the time to explain the adjustments that were requiredAlso, the inspection was originally schedule for the previous Saturday, the weekend of the blizzardTheir office call Wednesday before the storm and rescheduled for the following weekendCan't say thanks enough
