Osvin J[redacted] was the lead technician and his helper was Nelson. They did excellent work in the timeframe identified by the salesman and left the property in spotless condition. Osvin was particularly helpful in explaining and demonstrating the operation of the HVAC and the new thermostat.

[redacted] is not a neutral party. Their discrediting of F.H. Furr services results in their ability to sell services and receive business from [redacted] in the future. A dirty condenser can hurt efficiency but cannot cause a refrigerant leak in an A/C system. No refund is due on service...

I had technician Paul R[redacted] at my place for the yearly heating check. He was very knowledgeable and gave me good information.

Outstanding annual heating system inspection visit. Paul arrived promptly, inspected the system and replaced all my filters with replacements he brought with him. He was courteous and prepared for MY system and went about his business in a professional and business like manner.

Just had to pass this FH Furr story to everyone. A service man from FH Furr HVAC department comes to look at my furnace. AC blower not working. He tells my son that the circuit board is bad ($1200+) and he has to replace that before he can see if the blower motor ($900+) is bad . Almost $2200 it would have cost me. My son sent him packing. I call Shanahan. His guy says circuit boards never go bad and takes the blower motor out. Capacitor fried. He replaces it BINGO! Everything is fine now. The circuit board WAS NOT BAD. Cost to Me $1074. If I had FH Furr do the work I wound have paid for a new circuit board when I didn't need one. How did their guy determine the circuit board was bad when he told my son it was bad? .
