[redacted] is not a neutral party. Their discrediting of F.H. Furr services results in their ability to sell services and receive business from [redacted] in the future. A dirty condenser can hurt efficiency but cannot cause a refrigerant leak in an A/C system. No refund is due on service...

Outstanding annual heating system inspection visit. Paul arrived promptly, inspected the system and replaced all my filters with replacements he brought with him. He was courteous and prepared for MY system and went about his business in a professional and business like manner.

Came into my home for a clogged kitchen sink. Left my home with a hole in the pipe and thousands of dollars worth of damage and clean up costs. Refused to take responsibility until they were taken to court and LOST.
