I am rejecting this response because:
1. This contract was sent to me by Cliff,  from F H Furr ,  whose email address is 
Cliff A[redacted]  ([redacted]), and not by [redacted].
2. The warranty states that there is 1 year labor warranty "for workmanship of the installation for 1 year "
3. Nothing is referring to labor for parts under warranty.
There is no way for me to have assumed that labor to install parts that are covered under warranty would be my cost.

Dean S. our Tech came by right on time and did a great job! He took the time to make a thorough review of our Heating and AC along with the humidifier; and was more than willing to listen to and answer our questions and check out any concerns we had.

I contacted FH Furr three days ago when my air conditioning stopped working. I was assured over that time the would be able to service my unit. Then at 1:00 p.m. on the day of service, they called to tell me that because they had too many commitments to contract services they would not be able to visit my home until next week. Today is Thursday. While not fraud, it is extremely untrustworthy of this business, that clearly knew they were overwhelmed, to not let me know earlier that they could not come. If I was at risk due to age or health, this could have resulted in serious consequences. This business needs to reassess their business model and practices at the least, and is not a credit to our greater community.

We have spoken to the customer, he had not contacted us with any concerns prior to submitting this complaint with the Revdex.com.  During our conversation, he apologized for submitting this complaint without giving us the opportunity to make things...

right.  We have come to agreement regarding his concern over price, he is satisfied and would like to have his complaint removed.

Paul [redacted] from F. H. Furr came out to do the HVAC inspection for the winter. After making sure the HVAC was working correctly, he explained some areas that needed to be looked at. He explained what it would require to do the repairs. He also spent some time answering other questions about the airflow through the house. If fact, all the technicians that have come out to work on the HVAC and plumbing have been very good at what their speciality is.

Michael L. from FH Furr showed up on time as promised. After examining the plumbing problem, he offered me several options to both fix the problem and, if desired, improve the overall system. Friendly and courteous, he exuded professionalism and sincere interest in resolving my problem. He completely resolved the plumbing issue in a very realistic time and ensured the system was completely operable when he left. I am fully satisfied with both his individual performance, and with the FH Furr company in how they relate to their customers. I have used them exclusively in the past for all of my heating/air conditioning systems, and will now use them exclusively for my plumbing needs.

Juan B[redacted] performed a seasonal checkout of my TRANE furnace on 15 April 2015. He was on time, courteous and professional. He went to great lengths to explain how my furnace works and potential problems. Excellent experience. Excellent technician. FH Furr should be proud of this employee.

FH Furr Plumber was excellent. He answered all my concerns and kept the cost down.

Mike and Josh worked very efficiently on removing tile, floor and other fixtures from the bathroom. They were here for about three hours. It was just the first stage of the bathroom overhaul. Others have come to put up dry wall and paint and we expect tile work will be the next phase. I might seeMike and Josh again on the last day, when tub and fixtures need to be installed.

Today I had a free total home electrical service/inspection done (as part of our service plan w/FH Furr). I received a call earlier frm the main office to say that a technician would be out w/in the hr. Technician William T[redacted] arrived w/in that timeframe. Frm the start he was very courteous & professional (he put on indoor 'booties' which I appreciated!) He explained what he was going to be doing & if I had any questions, not to hesitate to ask. I walked w/him thru out the inspection (indoor/outdoor) & my questions were answered thoroughly & in a m[redacted] that I could understand. I think he stayed a little over an hr. After the inspection, he briefly spoke about his findings/recommendations but emailed me today's invoice & estimate w/more details while he was still here.
Given FH Furrs reliability history & their professional service technicians like William T[redacted], I will continue to use & recommend them for any future plumbing, heating or electrical needs.

Lloyd F[redacted] of FH Farr was very helpful. He not only repaired two switches but also identified and corrected a fire hazard.

Ron was excellent! He was prompt, tidy and knows his business. When confronted with a problem with the electrical box, he pondered and came up with a simple, effective and excellent fix. Very personable, experienced and he explained everything he was going to do - and did! VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - Bigly!

Had an air conditioning problem this morning with water leaking called FH Furr they were here by 9:30 saw the problem fixed it immediately and helped me understand what happened and how he fixed it and the fix to keep it from happening again. Also helped me with questions on other questions I had about possibly changing air system in house

Alec came in time allotment scheduled and performed service and replaced a part. Everything very smooth and professional. Great personality and very customer friendly.

We installed the system in May of 2011. We have performed no service or maintenance since October of 2011. [redacted]'s chronologically lists a dozen or so service calls from a different service company. This company or companies finds no dirty filter in the ductwork. Why is this filter our...

responsibility or something "we" crammed in there when we installed the new unit. Frankly I am offended that the customer would accuse us of intentionally sabotaging our installation. I apologize the customer had problems with their system , but cannot be responsible for a dirty filter found in their system I have not seen or serviced for 2 years.

First time I used FH Furr. They were able to fit me into their schedule right away for a small electrical job. Ron, our technician, was prompt, courteous, professional, very nice and did a great job in a reasonable amount of time. I would highly recommend him and them.
