Kudos to Suraj on excellent customer service. He was friendly and courteous. He provided us with great advice on surge protectors which we did have him install and we felt that he was looking out for us and our investment on our heating/cooling systems. He took his time to listen to our concerns and did a thorough inspection of our 2 systems.

We had Chase and Jonathan N. come out in the same week. Both were great and let me know my options and were very candid about the products we were using. I would highly recommend them and FH Furr.

We suspected a problem with our sump pump. Michael came out and did a thorough inspection and testing and found no problems. Explained everything he did and why. Did not charge for the visit. We felt very confident in his work.

A 5 star evaluation is insufficient to describe electrical technician Mr. F[redacted] performance, dedication, customer service, and professionalism. We have been a customer of F.H. Furr for 26 years for a reason, we’ve been very happy with the service. Our first encounter with Mr. F[redacted] was when our standby generator needed repairs. It was clear he intended to solve our problem and displayed a sense of urgency that was reassuring since we have a medical device that requires power. Mr. F[redacted] displayed great patience as he methodically began the process of diagnosing the problem, testing all possible causes and coordinating with appropriate offices. Then he came back to complete the repairs and retesting. In each instance, Mr. F[redacted] attention to detail, coordination with the generator manufacturer and his office, as well as his accessibility for questions combine with genuine customer concern to produce the desired results. These qualities place Mr. F[redacted] in an exclusive class of specialists. He also provided educational advice in understandable terms regarding the generator. He was meticulous in executing his responsibilities, which is demonstrated by coordinating with the right people for the right parts and those parts showing up in the timeframe he stated. Not only did he complete the repairs, he even waited for the scheduled automatic generator self-test to ensure it worked properly. He did not leave until he and we were satisfied. The customer service he provided during the repair process was exceptional, but he went further. Mr. F[redacted] actually noted the week day and time for the generator self-test and, to our absolute surprise and delight, called us a week later on that day to ensure the weekly generator self-test occurred. And yes we subsequently had 2 instance of power failure and the generator performed as required, thanks to him. Mr. F[redacted] brought a wealth of knowledge and service that proved invaluable. Although he had other customers, we always felt that we were his only customer. As a retired Army veteran, I was particularly impressed by his sense of urgency and his performance. Exceptional performance and customer service can be taken for granted when it is consistently received over 26 years, but Mr. F[redacted] is a true reminder to appreciate it and one of the reasons we will continue to do business with F.H. Furr.

F.H. Furr technicians Frank B[redacted] and Joseph G[redacted] provided outstanding service today, removing a 30 year old HVAC system and installing a new HVAC system. They arrived on time, worked non-stop throughout the day and completed the job a bit earlier than anticipated. They clearly knew their craft, delivering technical excellence and superior customer service. Both had engaging personalities. The house and job site were spotless upon completion of the work. They were thorough in their explanation of the nuances of the new system. Superb.

I had an issue with my a/c unit making excessive noise at start-up. I called F.H. Furr and they sent Juan B. the next morning. He was very polite, professional, and thorough and was able to find and alleviate the source of the noise. He was also patient enough to explain what was happening with the unit as we tried to find the source of the noise. He did a great job.

We have been a customer of FH Furr since 2004 and they have always exceeded our service expectations from installation of new systems to routine service and maintenance. They are polite about offering additional services based on their evaluation of your systems but do not engage in high pressure or overselling. Juan Balbuena, our most recent Comfort Technician, showed up on time, was the consummate professional, worked efficiently, and took the time to explain what he was doing and the results of the various tests on the systems. Always a pleasant experience to have the Furr crew taking care of business in our home!

Paul R[redacted], our technician that came out to our house for our semi-annual maintenance inspection of our two zone system was professional, courteous and informative. Gave us some new tips to keep in mind to ensure our HVAC system and humidifier stays trouble free.

I've dealt with F.H. Furr several times now and have had a good experience each time. They all communicate well, provide advice, and answer questions I have. They seem to be passionate about their job and enjoy sharing their knowledge. Yesterday, Jimmy C**y performed an annual inspection of our HVAC. In addition to the inspection, he showed us how our humidifier works and how to verify for ourselves that it is functioning correctly.
