I've been in contact with customer service for over a half a year and always had to open a new case a for someone else to automatically closed it without a refund and wasted hours on the phone arguing with customer service. You guys had been holding my money for a year already. I EXPECT A REFUND NOT A GIFT CARD!!! I do not ever want to shop in adidas store ever again. Adidas have the worst customer service ever!

They were on sale for a special price. I ordered 3. You sent 1. THere is absolutely no reason you should not be able to send me 2 more balls. If you want me to order 2 new ones, then you need to match the price of the first order.

Once again, I ask the business to show where they communicated their policy clearly.  If I had been made aware of the policy I would not have taken actions that resulted in me losing the product and money for shipping.  I paid more for the product and shipping to return the product than the value I was provided as compensation.  All I want to do is replace the defective product with a comparable one.  I would ask the business to demonstrate how I can accomplish this, given the amount provided to me.Furthermore, as a loyal customer of over 25 years to the brand I have spent much more than the value I am being denied.  I have personally purchased and used at least 10 pair of Copa Mundial soccer shoes, I own at least a dozen Adidas brand jerseys for professional teams, and countless items of apparel from socks and shoes to hats, and everything in between.  I have recommended the Adidas brand more times than I can count to friends, family and players I coach.I've never experienced a company wishing to lose customers over such a minor amount.  We aren't talking about cash being returned to the customer - this is credit on a gift card.  You are losing nothing by making me a satisfied customer.  Instead, you are turning a champion of your brand towards your competitors, to never return.  How do you stay in business that way?

I was promised by multiple representatives, including 3 supervisors, that I would be given some sort of discount or voucher in addition to the refund. I had to call the customer service line 10 times waiting on hold for hours, send emails and eventually file a complaint with the Revdex.com in order to get my refund. They never gave me the promised voucher or discount.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. This response by adidas.com does not address my concern.  They claim I have inconsistencies in my payment information, yet I enter in the same payment information on adidas.com as I do everywhere else and that seems to work just fine.  Also, this does not address my inability to purchase items using a pre-paid gift card, which should have no relevancy to my credit card / payment information.  As I stated in my complaint, adidas.com and/or their payment provider has for some unknown reason blocked me from purchasing items without any means of recourse.
