I was not the one who originally purchased the item so I don’t have the invoice. I have the shipping bag it came in and all tags are attached.

First, your response states "We will process your return as soon as it is received at our office."  As per the attached USPS Delivery Confirmation, you received my return on May 2.  You responded to my Revdex.com complaint on May 4 and act like you haven't even received it yet.  Secondly, your response does nothing to address my concerns that it took multiple contact attempts over a period of greater than a month to even get you to send a return authorization.  I do not feel this case is satisfactorily resolved until you actually honor your warranty.  I have done by part and you HAVE received the return.

I spoke with security and our service team for gift cards. I know it's a small dollar amount, but we unfortunatelycan’t be held responsible to lost/stolen gift cards. Most customers understand. Our cameras for our stores unfortunately don't go back that far. Even though they live in CA and it was used in TX we still don't knowwho used it. Gift cards are treated as cash. The only thing I can offer him is an accommodation promo code for 50%  off his purchase from www.adidas.com I hope this helps Thank you,-LaKisha

I understand that adidas is not willing to help with this matter any further. I have gone ahead and filed a dispute with my bank. The reason I am rejecting this is because of adidas poor customer service. You are suggesting that I continue to work with FedEx but when I call FedEx they refuse to work with me on this matter because I am not their customer, adidas is. Adidas has the ability to file an appeal with FedEx given all the information presented but refuses to do so. In addition, adidas will not even help to obtain the claimed signature on file that I am positive does not exist.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. 
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, Please let us know below why you are rejecting the offer made by the business.] My complaint is not only in regards to my refund (which I have yet to receive)  but also for the simple fact that they sent me the wrong shoes, would not correct their mistake, and then held my money for almost 30 days. Not only that, but I also had to contact their warehouse to inform them that they had received the returned shoes (the incorrect ones THEY sent me), because the warehouse had still not updated their system 12 days after the shoes were received. I called their customer service multiple times and each time had to provide the tracking number (because they had the wrong one in the system) and was told so many different stories about how long it would take to get my return. Had they just sent me the correct shoes, none of this would have been an issue.I wish for my complaint to be posted on the Revdex.com website, so people understand what they are getting into when they try purchasing thru adidas.com.
