*** *** WHY I am rejecting the offer is because they are saying "you can return the item if you are unhappy", MY COMPLAINT IS THIS: They NEVER sent me out THE EXACT ITEM I ORDERED!!! They are trying to scam me by having me accept a pair of shorts in a color that I did NOT order off their webpage! I want the shorts THAT I ORDERED that THEY ARE REFUSING TO SEND TO ME BUT THEY TOOK MY MONEY ANYWAYS!!! That is FRAUD! Did anyone at ADIDAS even read my complaint??? Where is the PINK/WHITE PIPING/BLACK LOGO shorts that I ordered in XL??? Are they ever going to send them to me like I had ordered???? Even if I wanted to order more pairs of them, I CAN'T because they took that specific color combo OFF THEIR WEBSITE! That's why they did the old 'switcharoo' thinking I wouldn't notice that they sent me a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PAIR OF SHORTS!!! THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND SENT ME OUT A DIFFERENT PRODUCT! THAT IS FRAUD!!!!

I want adidas to re deliver my order, I don't want refund

I would ask the business to please show where they state the dollar amount on the receipt, and NOT the MSRP, would be awarded to the customer. I have attached a PDF copy of the email I received from the Adidas returns department as proof that the policy indicated was never communicated. In contrast, the bulleted item in bold regarding "Full MSRP" and the "NOTE:" highlighted in green on the communication indicates a policy contrary to the one stated in the business's response

As stated in my original complaint, I have video evidence of the FedEx driver arriving that day and he does not deliver that packageI’ve requested for adidas to file an appeal of the claim with FedEx and am willing to provide the video evidence but they refuse to do any additional work to do what is right and return my money for the product that did not make it to meI don’t know why Adidas won’t simply file an appeal and help get this resolved. Evidence to present to FedEx: video, package was never scanned onto a truck, package was manually changed from pending and entered as delivered days after the date of claimed delivery, FedEx claims there is a signature on file but Adidas refuses to obtain that signaturei would be very curious to see what evidence was submitted in the initial claim because I don’t know how much more concrete this could be
