I've already addressed how long it took for your company actually address this issue. I strongly believe you have this complicated process so that people forget and never claim their money or store credit. That's what it would have happened to me until I went through the Revdex.com. I don't care to buy any more products from this company. Please return my money. You can make a refund to the same credit card I used to pay for the defective product in the first place.

I received an email from Adidas with the electronic gift card number & pin for the amount of $54.49.  It should be $56.18, the shoes cost $52.50 + 7% sales tax.   The amount they loaded also contradicts their email amount. Can you please contact Adidas for clarification?  Thank you

They didn't even read my complaint and gave me a generic response. My complaint is because they said my order was cancelled due to my request. That never happened and they made a mistake. Instead of correcting their mistake they just told me I was out of luck. I understand the hype surrounding that show but to cancel customers orders then lie and say it was by their request is not right.
