accounts. We were able to locate one
account, the status of which is described

2007. On March 5, 2007, we shipped an
enrollment package to *** *** *** *** Indianapolis, IN *** and charged
$to the account. According to our
records, we did not receive payment for this shipment.The purchase commitment
associated with this account was to buy DVDs at regular Club prices within a
specified period of time. When the
purchase commitment remained unfulfilled, we added a Due on Contract charge of
$to the account. This amount
represents the price of the DVDs, plus shipping and processing charges and
tax.We also added late fees of
$each to the account on April 20, and May 18, 2007, in accordance
with our delinquent payment policies.
This brought the total unpaid balance due to $57.82.Since we did not receive
