The purchase commitment associated
with this account was to buy a certain number of DVDs within a specified time
period
We shipped DVDs to the address on

added a charge of $to the DVD Club account for the shipment. When payment was not received, we added
late charges, at $each, on May 4, 2007, June 1, and June 29, 2007, in
accordance with our delinquent payment policies.

We shipped the enrollment package of DVDs to the address listed above and charged $5.41 to the account.When the balance remained unpaid, we added two $3.00 late charges to the account on August 8, 2008 and September 5, 2008, in accordance with our delinquent payment policies.The purchase commitment associated with this membership was to buy five DVDs at regular Club price within a specified period of time.When the purchase commitment was not fulfilled within the specified time period, we added a charge of $135.00 to the account which represents the cost of the five DVDs, plus shipping and processing charges and tax.Since we did not receive payment of the $146,41 balance, we placed the debt in collections. I am rejecting this response because: I have been told that Columbia House is researching my issue since August 7th Joseph S[redacted] (at Columbia House) emailed me and said he was researching and will process my refund as quick as possible. Then again on August 26th I reached out again and was told the same thing by "Jeff" at Columbia House that my concern was being forwarded on.  Still by September no refund, I called and was told my refund was being reviewed and because there was no action made I submitted a complaint to the Revdex.com. Since then it has taken Columbia House eight weeks to respond to the Revdex.com and still I am getting the same answer of my complaint being researched. Might I add, there is still no record of this item in my past orders and I have never received the item. After of months of waiting, I disputed the charge with my credit card company. In my complain tot the Revdex.com I requested my account be cancelled by Columbia House, in addition I went on to their website to cancel my account several times and was unsuccessful. Cancel my account with Columbia House, I will not be doing business with any company that puts customers on the back burner. I am requesting this be done immediately. I've attached a copy of the email correspondence with Columbia House
