As Flagship Credit Acceptance LLC values its customers, it takes each review seriously and welcomes the opportunity to assist its customers as effectively as possible. While Flagship cannot respond publicly to the customer’s... allegations out of respect for the customer’s privacy, Flagship has completed a thorough investigation of the customer’s concerns. A written response will be sent directly to the customer, today April 21, 2014 and we ask that the customer please allow sufficient time for delivery. We ask the customer to contact us directly should there be any additional questions or concerns.

Worst finance company ever they will not work with you or help you I owe like of it is late fees due to having to bury my grandmother I tried to trade the vehicle in and I was offered since they say the car is worth due to the accident so I called flagship to see if they would wave that late fees and settle with the so they could just close out the account and the new dealership could get title they turned us down and said they will never work with me on this matter I hate that they bought the loan from the first finance company I'm on a fixed income and they would never work with me I had to pay every month plus the charge for the past years

This company is a fraud do not get involved with them, high interest rateThey conned me by stating they would help me with my car payment due to a tow for ticketsbut they kept my car they flat out lied When I ask for a copy of their company policy after realizing they lied and they transferred me to the rudest supervisor in the collections department who refused to disclose the written policy Very suspicious behavior asking for cash payment of large some, refused any other for, of payment Stay away from these people

I sumitted payment a week prior and still received calls for collection of paymentWhen I called to see what was going on I was hung up on when I asked for a managerWhen I called back again was told none were available and hung up on againNo one can give me a straight answer where my payment has wentVery unprofessional and very uncaring to try and resolve the issue

responding to the customer’s complaint, we have completed a thorough investigation of the customer’s concerns and discussed the matter directly with the customer on December 18, 2017. We respectfully request that the customer contact us directly should there be any additional questions or concerns

Per the letter from flagship, I was not satisfied with their responseI still maintain that my account has not been explained to my satisfactionAdditionally, I made a payment on 11-01-using the incorrect banking informationWhen I discovered my error I contacted Flagship by telephone and corrected my account informationI was told it would not be an issue, but was then charged $in interest for my errorOn two separate times my entire payment was applied to interest due to their calculations. The did detail how they calculated the interest, but it did not explain the vast differences in interest when the days between payments dates were identicalI would like a more detailed printout of all interest chargedIn addition I would like a readjustment to my account to reflect my payments made
