There by settling mater which was causing Flagship calling me constantly for their pay off!

Complaint: ***I am rejecting the response because their investigation is nothing more then a someone calling me to ask about the complaint and then turning around to ask for the past payment in the same breathIts hard to believe that we are having this much trouble getting them to resend any of these notices, no one has apologize for the bullying type scare tactics and their "investigation" needs to include some customer service soft skills because as of now, they just made it worst, as we wanted is time to get mattered paid without being bullying and rush into something that was dropped into our lapI'm tired of being asked "can we afford this?"We are human with rights to go through difficult times personally and we are just trying to adjust to this *** car paymentIt would be nice if they could break it down over time or give us real options because we are tryingNot only did we not receive any bill statement, we didn't receive any past statements; the only statement we got was for end of October 26th saying we were days past due and they already billed us for November on top of that coming to a total They also stated that this was need asap because we are days past dueHow do we know we days due without a billing statement
