As of 09/03/16[redacted] paid Flagship the outstanding balance on the car I treated inThere by settling mater which was causing Flagship calling me constantly for their pay off!As far as I'm concerned the matter was settled! Thank you so much!

I am rejecting this response because:This is the same generic message from their previous response. I tried to call Flagship three times this morning in which each representative hung up the phone while I was on hold. I finally spoke to someone and do not agree with her response. If the response was in fact true, this would have been explained to me back in August. This company is not consistent with their practices and very difficult to speak to someone on the phone! I will be seeking further action!
