Well I had a auto loan with these people and its the worst company ever delt withTraded in my car just to get out of itMade a payment early and then got my payment refunded as we were trading in the carWell they called me for weeks saying my account was delinquent and that they havent gotten any payoffWell now about a week later I get a statement from them saying that they recieved the payoff and that I now owe Thats one crazy late feeI called my dealership and talked to the finance manager who told me that they called and verified the payoff amount and that they sent the payoff down to the pennySo flagship went into their system and changed things up in order to charge me more money? I strongly believe that this is due to the personal issues I have had with them in the past.I want this goneAccording to this statement I was reimbersed for my extra payment on the same exact day and the dealership got the payoff amount days laterSo they have changed something in their system to cost me more money

This company is not a reputable companyThey do not do what they promise to do even though they say they willI called them on several occasions regarding a late fee they charged after I changed my payment date with them, that late fee was promised to be taken off and noted in their system to be removed but still remains on my accountI will avoid this company as best as possible and warn others to stay away

I am rejecting this response because:Flagship credit contacted me last week but did not resolve any of the issues They stated they could not locate my payment history I had requested due to "changes in their system" nor could they provide me with any further information on my gap refund amount other than "we are working on it and will get back to you in weeks", and they denied calling my work phone multiple times a day after I requested they please stop So nothing was resolved and my complaint still stands

We have an auto loan with Flagship Credit AcceptanceWe used them to try and build a good credit rating, however their tricky and dishonest business practices have actually hurt our credit rating and cost us a lot of moneyLast year I called to ask that the extra money I had payed in go directly towards the principleThey said it would go towards the principle automaticallyI maid extra payments, and then I got a bill that said I didn't owe a payment that monthI called, they said the extra money had gone toward the payments, not the principleSo, I didn't make the payment that monthIn the next few months I paid the payment as usualI later found out that they were reporting my account as delinquent to the credit agenciesI called and they said I missed a payment months ago, and I was paying late fees every monthI then made car payments that month to get currentI then started paying extra every month to pay it off fasterI got a bill saying I didn't owe a payment this monthI looked on the website and it says I owe a full paymentI called, the recording said I owe a partial paymentAfter an incredibly long wait, I spoke with a customer service rep, she could not explain where the extra money went or why it happened and then lectured me that I should just pay the exact amount according to my contractI asked for a supervisor, she sent me to voicemail and I never got a call backThis company is being very dishonest with their business practicesMy car should have been payed off by now and they have made sure we cannot go to another lender

This company appears to not care for the customers nor the law by contacting customers at their place of business when they have been advised on separate occasions to not call me at work and not to contact me by cell phone. All communication can be handled via mail through the U.SPostal Service. I would advise no one to use this company die to the harassment of senior citizens and their customers. With no response it just goes further that they will do whatever they want and feel they are invincible. My next step will be an attorney.
