attention. As Flagship Credit Acceptance, LLC (“Flagship”) highly values
its customers; it takes each complaint very seriously and welcomes the

effort to provide quality service, Flagship has completed a thorough
investigation of the customer’s complaint and a written response has been sent

EXTREMELY disappointed in their customer service representativesApparently, the third party company (PDA) that they are using messed up on my allotment to where the company have not been receiving payment since JanuaryWas not aware until my truck was repossessedSeems as though NO ONE wants to helpFirst, we were told to pay the minimum and then a form for an extension will be sent via fax within 1-hoursWaited a lot longer than that and still nothingWe were told by Patty from collections and even spoke to Jonathan (supervisor) but they were making it seem like they were doing me a favorI don't appreciate being told that I'm impatient as that is not the caseIf I was told from the beginning that my truck would not be released today then I would not have tried so hard to get things taken care of on the same dayAsked to speak to someone higher but Jonathan was being resistant and told me there was no one higher than him that I could talk toI was then told I can not get my vehicle for a few more daysI would understand if I was not making any attempt to pay or communicate in trying to get this resolved I was also told that if I pay the amount due in full my vehicle will be released right away This is unacceptable

I am rejecting this response because:I have contacted this company multiple times over the last monthI have been told multiple stories from 'It will be sold soon' to 'We have up to months to sell it', all the while I am STILL being offered to keep making payments on the carI am now a disabled veteran, and on a fixed incomeI cannot drive, and do not want the darn carIt has negatively impacted my credit nearly points since the start of thisTWO HUNDRED! This response is no sufficient at allI want it done and over with
