The first point of contact from the customer was on Dec. 10th. We explained to the customer that we were unable to find a paid account under their email of [redacted], could we have the last 4 digits and the expiration date of the card they are being charged on to find their paid...

account. The next point of contact was on Dec. 27th, when the customer provided us the more information to find their paid account. We explained that we found their paid account under the email of [redacted]. We also let them know that the charges to this account are being disputed. The subscription under the email of [redacted] has been active since Oct. 20th 2014. The first point of contact we received about any issues or problems with the account was on Dec. 10 2016. We have been available to help assist with any questions or problems the customer may have had with their account. On [redacted], we offer a monthly subscription billed at $20 per month and a yearly subscription billed at $150 annually. Both subscriptions are auto-renewing unless canceled before their renewal date. The customer failed to cancel their subscription before their renewal date per to our terms and conditions.

A search of our Database show no phone calls received from this customer and only one email asking for plan change.

Events that we live stream are labeled with an Live icon. Events that we are just providing coverage on are not listed with an Live icon next to them. The first point of contact we received from [redacted] was on Feb. 5th. If the customer had any problems or concerns with our live stream events in Dec. we would be happy to accommodate accordingly. Our schedule of events that we are live streaming and covering are available to view for free. We do not grant refunds for having complete access to our paid content. If there was an technical issue with our live stream events we would be happy to accommodate.

I am rejecting this response because:  As I have stated in the past.  I was double charged, and therefore had a double subscription under my name.  I did cancel the first subscription as soon as I was done watching the event.  The second subcription kept charging me.  Proven by my submitted screenshots of my credit card billing.

This is a classic bait and switch.

CHOOSE A PLAN? Ok, I get to choose from $12.50/mo or $150.00 paid yearly. These are the only options I see to choose from here.
But the box with the green check mark is already checked and is not clickable. Apparently there is no choice. So I clicked the down arrow to the left of the box on the same page and went to the FAQ. Here’s what it said:

What type of membership options does FloSports offer?
There are two different subscriptions for FloPRO. A monthly subscription, which bills monthly, and a yearly subscription that is billed annually. These subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Please note that FloPRO is not a Pay Per View (PPV) service, but rather a recurring subscription.
What can I do if I sign up for a yearly subscription when I meant to sign up for a monthly membership?
If you accidentally sign up for a yearly membership instead of monthly, we can change your account to monthly billing and credit your card the difference between your first month and a full year. To make this happen, please contact FloPRO support within 30-days of signup.
(I like how it says “accidentally.” Yearly is the only option you’re given, but you don’t know that until you’ve already signed up and paid.)
The FAQ answers seemed pretty clear. But I was still unsure that if I filled out the box above if it would sign me up for yearly or monthly, since both were stated beside the same checkbox.
So I called FloSports (flosports.tv) directly. I asked the rep how to sign up for a monthly account. He said to check that box. I said there was only one box to check, but that there should be two. He said they were aware of this problem and were working to fix it. He said to go ahead and fill out the form and if it signed me up for a yearly to subscription to call him back and he could change it.
So I did just that. And when I clicked BECOME PRO(green box) I was taken to a screen that said I had signed up for a yearly subscription. So I called the rep again, and I got the same guy I had talked to ten minutes previously. He said he would change it to a monthly subscription and credit the difference back to my card. So to confirm, I asked him if $12.50 was the amount I was getting charged. He said no. He said I will be charged $20 per month if I do a monthly subscription. He said the $12.50 per month was only if you paid for a full year. I told him that the site did not say that, and that it was very deceptive and they need to change it to make it clearer. Nowhere does it say in the order process that it’s $20 per month if you do a monthly membership. He said they were aware of the problem and were working to fix it.
In my opinion, the rep was playing dumb and knew full well what would happen when I used the above sign up box. And he never mentioned any different price for the monthly membership until after I paid and called him the second time.
I really wanted to watch the event I had already planned on and it was due to start soon, so I paid the $20. I’ll watch subscription events for a month, then I’m canceling and I’m done with this deceptive company.

watch ONE event and I IMMEDIATLEY tried to contact this company several times in every way possible I clearly did not want a yearly subscription and NEED to be refunded the $120 that was not supposed to be charged.

I am rejecting this response because: This company is  just a bunch of lying deceiving aes and have more complaints than compliments. As I stated in regards to December, I was working a lot of hours and let that situation slide. Not like they would have done anything anyway because they couldn't give a rats ae about their customers. And again, IT IS NOT CLEARLY STATED THAT ONLY EVENTS MARKED "LIVE" ARE AVAILABLE FOR VIEWING!!!! And like I said before you can put as many attachments on, but screen shots and other photos and policies can be altered in their favor. This is a very deceptive company who are unwilling to work with their customers. When you read any reviews for any of their live stream channels you'll only see complaints and chances are any compliments are people who were paid off. And I don't know why they would say they have free content that is of any use. All the stuff that is free on their site is stuff that is basically already been reported by other websites and organizations days before they ever posted it. They basically steal that content. They're just a company that steals in a million different ways including from their customers by deception and false advertising. They try to make themselves look good but the reality is they're just a bunch of cheats who don't give a st about their customers. Again, they're just a lying deceiving, false advertising company that couldn't give a st about anyone. As long as they fill their pockets they aren't gonna worry about the little man who splurges for a chance to enjoy a sport they like. And I can't say it enough that they're deceptive and false advertise. Got that? DECEPTIVE! FALSE ADVERTISERS! This company should be put out of business before they screw over any more people with these tactics.

The Customers subscription with us has been set to cancel to ensure no further charges from us, based on their request.

activity and their account and we did not see nor find any problems with their account. Out of compensation, we issued a partial refund and then set their subscription to cancel at the end of its billing cycle.

I am rejecting this response because: This was not displayed when signing up for this on the WGI (Winter Guard International) website. This was listed that we could watch a performance live. There was no need for a month subscription and there shouldn't have been since this event was a one time performance. I should be able to receive a refund due to the lack of transparency that this company offered at the time of sign up. I'm only asking for the 29.99 refund for the charge a month after the event. And I want my Information removed from Thai company to avoid future charges.

On Feb. 23rd, we extended the customers "[redacted]" subscription for two free month of service based on their request. We confirmed that the customers subscription was extended for two free months of service on Mar. 6th.

The customer's parents first contacted us on June 12th. We were able to find the customer account under the email of [redacted]. We explained to the customer's parents that a subscription with us is auto-renewing unless canceled before its renewal date per terms and conditions. The...

customer mother said that her son did sign up for a subscription on our FloHoops website and the charge is acceptable. When a customer subscribes to our website, we do send out an welcome email, thanking the user for subscribing to our website and also explaining to them that they have a subscription with us and when their subscription will auto-renew.

I purchased a monthly subscription with the understanding that I would be able to watch the live stream and that they would upload the videos for later viewing.

Both of these issues were false. The live stream was only 1/2 visible, choppy, with frequent freezes. Customer service would not respond to my questions about the feed. Others complained about the feed on the Flomarching Facebook page and asked if they would be able to watch the videos later. I answered those comments with the infomation I was given via email. I was not that upset because I had been told that they would upload the videos to their site to be watched later. My comments, and those that had inquired about the videos being archives were deleted by Flomarching. I was told today, again via email, that they would not be uploading the videos to their site.

I paid for services that I did not receive.

Be very careful doing business with this company.

I am rejecting this response because:Attachment 1 is confirmation of my initial cancellation at 2:21 PM Eastern on March 26, 2017. Strategically, I was told by this business that they did not have a record of me cancelling (Attachment 3). Yet they did produce the document that I also have Attachment 2. Attachment 2 is confirmation of my change of account from monthly to yearly. Attachment 2 was 41 minutes later at 3:02 PM. So, as a customer anywhere else if I cancel a subscription, was told that my $150 is being kept by them even though I had only had service less than a month and then change to a monthly account 40 minutes later. I don't expect to have to cancel again. I cancelled already, then I switched to a monthly account. The reason I switched to a monthly account is because I didn't intend to sign up for a yearly account anyway. I don't have a record of signing up for a yearly account and they cannot produce any emails or transactions (other than taking $150 out of my account) that I signed up for a yearly account. I believe this is a decieving way to receive money. I never intended to sign up for a yearly account. The company conveniently lost the record of me cancelling my account and I saw no common sense reason why I should have cancelled twice in 40 minutes.
