We have finally located your account under email address [redacted] and see where there was a mistake made.   On April 11th, you accidentally signed up for the yearly one-time charge of $150 subscription which would equal out to be about $12.50/month.  The actual monthly subscription is a month-to-month $20 charge.    At this point I tried to issue you a refund for $130.00 but cannot as it is now in chargeback standing with your bank.  You will need to discuss your refund with them.  I'm sure you can use this letter from our company to receive the refund you deserve.  We are very sorry for the frustration this has caused you.  Thank you,  FloSports Support -- [redacted] Premium Services | FloSports Inc.  FloSports, The Authority on Diehard Sports

I am rejecting this response because: I think it is undeniable that NOTHING will be done to correct this wrong for myself and for many other that have been scammed by FLO sport INC. I think they even admitted as much in a Facebook post or Twitter post after the failed attempt to stream a match between PSU and OSU.   They continue to FAIL in streaming live feed to this day.   Just cancel my subscription.  Delete my name out of your registry.   Flo Sports is a continuous bad actor in this arena.  Revdex.com will do nothing in the end and life will go on.

I am rejecting this response because:I have sent the receipts from my credit card and they clearly reflect I was double billed twice at the beginning of my subscription.  Then I clearly cancelled the subscription not knowing that I was double billed.  The second subscription then continued to bill my card.  It is not my respondsibilty that flosports does not have adequate files.   I have the pictures and will submit with this response.

I am rejecting this response because:
I signed up of only a month and their monthly subscription is hidden is not clearly communicated, They should not be able to bill someones credit card without clearly making the customer aware. there is also  no monthly billing statement or email to inform a customer that they are being billed once the customer has been deceived. When the deception and problem was realized they only wanted to keep what money they were able to steal. It a a service one pays a fee to use. They can clearly determine that I did not use their services for the months that I was unknowingly  billed.

I am rejecting this response because:The day of the Oklahoma State Penn State Dual was the day I signed up for a ONE TIME MONTHLY subscription.    FloSports could not even manage to stream that broadcast correctly as they ended up streaming it for FREE on Facebook.  Did you "FloSports" stream the event that I PAID for stream said even for free?  They then posted on their Facebook or some other social media that full refunds would be generated due to their continued in ability to stream a product in which I PAID for.   I WANT ALL MY MONEY BACK.  I want the 20 you charged me at the time for the one time fee and I want the 20 you just charged me for a "subscription I NEVER subscribed to. How can you people even be in business.  You have been nothing but a ripoff for years.  This is the SECOND time I have had to deal with your inability to properly provide what I paid for and also your inability to bill me.  In this case and the other occurrence over billing.

When the customer first contacted us on Mar. 11th, we explained that our subscriptions are auto-renewing unless canceled before their renewal date. We do not offer a one-time subscription. date. On May 20th, the customer contacted us again and we explained how to cancel their subscription with us. On our subscription page, we do list that a customer is subscribing to a subscription with us and in order to have a subscription with us, they will have to agree to our Terms and Conditions which is pretensive upfront on our subscription page.

This Refund was denied due to the fact there was no technical issues with stream. The reason the customer missed his daughter's performance was because he did not chose the right venue his daughter was in. We do not grant refunds for customer error. If  missing the show was due a quality or...

technical issues with the stream we would have been happy to grant a refund.

The offer was advertised on FloRadio show as well as on social media. We honored all complaint that came in during the week following the event this complaint came in 2 weeks after the event.

I am rejecting this response because:Hello I am rejecting the businesses response  because they made no mention of refunding me my money. I had only signed up for one month only witch it stated.. The customer signed up for the yearly plan. We have since changed the customer to the monthly plan at their request.

The customer contact us to let change there plan from a yearly to a monthly plan at which time we credited their account account $120 and only charged them for a monthly plan. Account credited back on 5/2/16.

When the customer first contacted us on September 22nd, canceled their subscription and also explained that a monthly subscription with us is auto-renewing unless canceled before its renewal date. The Customer did not cancel their monthly subscription before their renewal date stated in our Terms...

and Conditions. We offer two kinds of subscription. We offer a monthly subscription billed at $29.99 and a yearly subscription billed at $149.99. Both subscription are auto-renewing unless canceled before its renewal date. We do not offer a one time viewing for an event. When the customer contacted us on September 28th, which we responded back through email letting the customer know again a subscription with us is auto-renewing unless canceled before its renewal date. We are unable to issue a credit back because the customer did not cancel their subscription before their renewal date which is stated in our Terms and Conditions. The customer has been canceled with will not receive any further charges from us.

We canceled and issued full credit back to the users account, [redacted], on Feb. 24th.

During our live stream events, we monitor our live streams to ensure we are streaming with no issues or problems, and if an issue or problem may occur,  we'll be able to assist and resolve the issue. The first point of contact we received from the customer, was on Oct. 9th after our live stream...

of the Bands of America Houston Regional they were viewing on Oct. 7th had ended. During our live stream, we did not experiencing any issues with our streams playing adds during performances. If we there had been any problems viewing our live stream cause on our end, we'll offer compensation accordingly. Looking at the users account under their email of, [redacted],they content to watch our live stream of Bands of America Houston Regional from the start of competition until the end of competition and contacted us after the end was concluded.

The first point of contact from the customer was on Dec. 14th when they were asking to cancel their subscription with us.
