Good morning,The day I complained to you all about FlyPolar Clothing, you all contactedthem and sent out my items that same day. There was no processing time oranything. About an hour after I received an email from you all saying youcontacted the company the company sent me an email saying my items...

had beenshipped. In my complaint I specifically said I didn't not want my itemsanymore, all I wanted was a refund. So I contacted FlyPolar in response totheir email saying my items had shipped and I let them know I didn't notwant my items I just wanted a full refund. So they responded saying theycouldn't issue me a refund after the order has been processed.I wrote them an email on 11/22 asking them to cancel my order and give me afull refund because at that time I still hadn't had the items. They neverresponded to my email. I still want a full refund returned to the card Iused to pay for the items. Im sorry they shipped out the clothes but Idon't want them. I want a full refund.Can you all please contact them about refunding my card please? I haveattached the email below from 11/22 when I first told them to cancel myorder and they didn't. Again it wasn't until you all contacted them thatthey miraculously all of a sudden had my items and shipped them out all inthe same day. What a coincidence! I think NOT.

I received an email from Flypolar on 1/4/18 that they apologize for the confusion but that they already shipped the order to me. From the emails I received was thar they shipped my order in the morning and and that afternoon recceived another email stating that the apologize but see its already been sent. Im very frustrated with this company. I asked for the refund instead because these were supposed to be Christmas gifts. Its past Christmas and I do not have the order or my refund. I will accept the package (hopefully soon) so I can move on from this. My lesson is learned. I will not do any business anymore with this company.

We contacted the customer with tracking details. The order shows delivered. The order was slightly delayed and the shipping was updated from standard mail (5-7 business days) to Priority Mail 2-3 business days.  This is our peak season so some orders are experiencing a delay in production. We...
