Good Morning, To whom this may concern, I’m writing to let you all know that complaint ID [redacted] has been resolved. The merchant did mail the items I ordered and all are correct.

FlyPolar has not offered a resolution. All they said is they will contact me directly. Well, I do not believe they will even contact me. They didn't bother to contact me when I complained when the issue...

happened. They just want me to close out the case and screw me over. As of 12/1/2017 they have not contacted me to resolve the issue. If they offered a resolution that would be a different story, but to respond to my complaint by saying they will contact me directly as soon as possible is not a resolution and playing more games just like they did over the course of 3 months when all I wanted was the product I paid for.

business is telling a lie. They never informed me of anything pertaining to a peak season or delay in shipping my order via email or a return phone call. When I contacted them, because I never received a confirmation email stating when my items would be shipped out, they never replied to the three emails that I sent them, or the phone call that I made to them last week. They are not telling the truth.

FlyPolar Clothing confirmed that the order was delivered. A $25 gift card was emailed for the delay and inconvenience.
