Customer was contacted regarding verification process as per our website we state: "The production time is 2-business days however, during our peak seasons this time can extend to 5-business daysIf you are a first time customer and your order is over $150, it may be subjected to verification prior to being shipped out"The process is to protect both the cardholder and Flypolar in an attempt to stop fraudulent orders from being shipped outTracking details were emailed to the customer

Flypolar Clothing resolved this issue and the updated tracking details were emailed for the replacement after confirming that the initial exchange order was lost in the mailCustomer contacted

Flypolar has contacted the customer in regards to the delay & issued a $gift card.The order has shipped and delivered on 1/8/& per store policy we can only provide store credit or an exchange.https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction.action?tLabels= [redacted]

FlyPolar Clothing contacted our customer and was able to resolve this with by issuing a store credit to select another itemWe apologize for the inconvenience and delay with processing the exchangeWe have recently completed an upgrade to our phone systems to ensure customers are able to contact us during our high volume timesThe new item selected by the customer has shipped and was delivered

FlyPolar Clothing processed the exchange and updated tracking details were emailed to the customerThere was a delay due to the holiday season and due to the delay the exchange was shipped priority mail

FlyPolar contacted customer to ship the free item as the order only qualified for a free t-shirt since the order was over $We do not charge for promotional items for qualifying orders but if a customer is charged in error and their order qualifies for the promotional items, we will refund the customer and include the promotional itemsThe order shipped and shows deliveredTracking details were provided to the customer
