Flypolar Clothing contacted customer to advise order is delayed but will ship this week. Our normal production time during the holidays is stated on the website (7-10 business days). Due to the delay, shipping charge was refunded and a $25 electronic gift card was emailed.

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 12605621, and find the resolution is satisfactory to me.

FlyPolar Clothing emailed and left message for the customer to call us back to resolve any issues encountered with the order and apologize for the delay.

I asked for a refund before these items were sent we did try them since I was already charged and your screen print or whatever cheap products were used to make your logo peeled before the items even made it into the laundry. So I don’t think I should be charged for those two reasons

Flypolar did ship me a partial order but I still have two items remaining that have not been shipped to me. They stated they would send a confirmation on the back order items which I never received. I also never received the gift card they stated they sent to me. They said they would have a representative call me and asked for my cell phone number, I provided that information but have never received a call from Flypolar.

Customer placed her order both on December 29, 2018. The order shipped on January 11th (9th) business day and shows delivered. Per our website we state: "At Flypolar each item is custom printed and packaged on demand per order. This means that we individually create each order per demand of our...

customers. Because of this we ask customers to allow 2-5 business days for your order to complete production. Then it will ship. Once an order is in production there is no Cancellation. During Peak Season we may experience longer production times such as 7-10 business on some orders but we are working day and night to get your order completed.During Peak Season we experience extreme high email and call volumes inquiring about orders, exchanges & size adjustments, if your need is urgent please reach out to us via social media instant message. We truly appreciate you shopping with our brand and appreciate your patience and look forward to getting your your items."

FlyPolar Clothing contacted customer and advised the correct item will ship this week.

Customer was emailed regarding delay. The order will ship shortly for receipt the week of February 12th. We will email tracking details.

FlyPolar Clothing processed the exchange and updated tracking details were emailed to the customer. There was a delay due to the holiday season and due to the delay the exchange was shipped priority mail.

They did no favor by priority shipping cause that was paid for by me  in my original order. The representative that I was dealing was rude and unaware of the situation. I feel that I was forced to take the resolution even tho it's not what I wanted.

I still havent received my order. When I trsck it, it says delivered but I haven't received anything and I am beyond disappointed and upset with his company. I will never order again and just want my money back. This is taking way to long to resolv

As of 2/9/2018 no refund has been received by my bank nor issued to my card.

Flypolar Clothing attempted to contact customer to resolve issues. We show that the order was delivered. One of managers will continue to try to contact customer to address any further concerns due to the delay.
