Flypolar Clothing contacted Ms. [redacted] regarding this issue. We apologized for the delay that she encountered and advised that order will arrive on Wednesday Dec. 28, 2016. Flypolar Clothing refunded the shipping cost due to the inconvenience on Dec 28, 2016.

This could have been resolved before shipment. Now my bank is involved the company [FlyPolar] is just now offering a return label and this is almost two months later. I’m completely disturbed about how business is being conducted here. Still trying to figure out why offer two day shipping when it took almost two weeks to get my items, or why I’m still having to deal with this company this far down the line.Now FlyPolar expects me to ship something back to them I asked them not to ship before they actually shipped it. What a waste or time, money and energy for non quality product and customer service.

Flypolar was sent the complaint on 12/29/17, it was not until this time I started receiving any communication from them on my end. Flypolar sent Revdex.com emails regarding my order had been shipped using priority mail and I would revive a $25 e gift card on 1/4/18. They only sent shipping information to the USPS, on 1/4/18,  my order was not received by USPS until 1/5/18. Today's date is 1/10/18, the USPS has not shipped my order yet. The original order was placed 12/12/17.
