I keep trying to figure outhow to contact you guys through your website but I'm unsuccessfulFly Polar has FINALLY completed their obligation of my order I received it Friday morningThanks again so much

How long did it take to receive? I’ve been waiting over 3 months and they have refused to cancel my order and refund my money

the company sent the wrong item for
replacement and they want me to send them back but won’t answer my questions on messengerThey are basically saying that they have no control over the style of pants that are sent out That’s ridiculous I specifically ordered one style That’s the style I expect to receiveThey treat you as though you’re a huge inconvenience to themSo noI don’t accept the responseI still don’t have what I ordered

I yes reordered and I
did not receive the shorts , and they sent the wrong pants, and I contacted in numerous occasions again with a response of " a manager will contact you" on numerous occasions, and when I finally received a phone call the team member left me a voice mail stating " my order was placed in high priority shipping and should be there soon" however I already received the above order , but no shorts and wrong pants, so there response is terribleThey still have my money, have not given me all my product and the product they did give was wrong
