I purchased an order from them March 7, 2010 and still haven’t recieved it and I would like a refund but can’t get a response from them I’ve been reaching out to them since May about my order and they said they were experiencing difficulties and I understood that so I asked for a refund a month ago and no one is responding

Fly Ploar is an absolute scam company...I placed an order in December and recieved only part of my order. After months of calling on a daily basis, the phone was answered by the same person every time I might add, was constantly told my order was in final stage of production, would be checked by qc and shipped by end of the week...I literally heard this same exact story every time I called...wouldnt give me a refund. But said they would give me a store credit...ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME...YOU WANT ME TO CANCEL MY ORDER GET A STORE CREDIT THEN PLACE ANOTHER ORDER THAT I WILL NEVER RECEIVE...WORST COMPANY EVER AND NOW THEIR PHONE NUMBER IS OUT OF SERVICE...STRAIGHT CON ARTISTS AND I HOPE THEY GO TO JAIL WHEN AND IF THEY EVER ARE CAUGHT

they have the worst customer service, shouldn't even be in business
do not purchase anything from these theives, they are absolute crooks

Absolutely awful. I wish I could give it negative 5 stars, it only has 1 star because I had to give it something to post this review. I placed an order on 4/16/19, today is 6/29/19 and I still haven’t received my items and they have refused to cancel the order and refund me. I received emails only AFTER inquiring when my items will ship and since 4/26/19 every email response was the same “final stages of production, will ship soon” and I get the same response on the live chat and I have contacted them MULTIPLE times. Calling the phone number gets you nowhere it’s never answered and the messages are never returned. They also recently took the “order look up” link off their website. I am beginning to think they are a complete scam and this is their MO. I have contacted BBB regarding this as well. It seems to be a trending problem and they have many complaints against them from people not receiving the ordered merchandise or getting their money refunded, pretty sure that’s illegal and yet somehow they are able to continually get away with it. I was excited about their clothes they were cute and I liked the motto, however I definitely am completely frustrated by them and would never recommend ordering from them. Fake companies shouldn’t be allowed to prey on consumers like this and something needs to be done to put a stop to it.

I placed my order with Fly Polar Clothing on Sunday March 3. It was for 5 outfits that added up to $300. Order #72380. It is now April 28th. I have been reaching out to them every week for the past month and keep getting the same responses. Peak season response. Short staff and is in the process of hiring more staff. Ran out of material and is waiting on a shipment from China. My items will be in production. And so forth. My last reply to them was that I want my money back a full refund. I was very excited to become a loyal customer with this company the clothing is super cute. I will never place another order with Fly Appearal and I will also let others know not to as well. Fly Appearal Clothing should post on their website that suring peak seasons expect your order to take months before you order. Give the customers a choice if they want to continue with the order and wait months or not order.

a size X-Large kids along with a complimentary item due to the inconvenience causedMs*** was satisfied with the resolution
