letter with our response for Mr***’ convenience. This letter was not sent as the account was
paid in full The account has been in
paid in full status since May 6,
It is unfortunate that Mr
*** was unable to resolve this completely with our office and has relied on
misinformation from the internet from which to base his complaint. FMR is not a “scam” and is in fact registered
with the Secretary of State as a legitimate company. However, we will honor Mr***’ desired
resolution and reverse the charges. This
will change the status of the account out of paid in full and the account will
be considered unpaid. We regret this
could not have been solved directly and encourage Mr*** to contact our
office

These particular scam artist are outright liars and very disrespectful to my person ; Nick Wis a liar and they were informed outright of the attorney and the need to contact that attorney's office, and still continued to pursue me in spite of the legal requirements not to pursue an individual who is represented and has stated that they are represented ; they [ Nick W] like all other scam artist feel that they can skirt the law, and do as they damned well please to the exclusion of all else. They were deliberating Not professional ; they were deliberately loud, disruptive and not helpful in the slightest ; had they a lick of common sense, they would have sent a complaint to me that stated what I owed and why I owed and where the charge originated, but they didn't do that because this SCAM business is illegal, not lawful and they have no intention of contacting my attorney, because my attorney would put their sorry *** in jailMr*** ***
