FMR Reviews (925)

Dear Ms. [redacted], Your allegations here are completely ludicrous. The one and only time you contacted this office your number was removed in a professional manner. We have the call recording to prove that. We also have call records for the last 4 years to prove that you were not called dozens of...

times. We believe you are mistaking this office for another. Your number has been removed from our system and you will not be contacted again.

Dear Ms. [redacted], ...

FMR has been contracted to handle a personal business matter attached to your name. We have reviewed to the recording of your phone call with our representative. We have come to the conclusion that you refused to verify if you were the correct party by last four of your social security number. Doing so is required by federal law in order to provide you with any information. Your allegation that we refused to provide the companies name is untrue, this was provided to you immediately and again when you asked for it. Not at one point in the conversation did you request any sort of documentation and your assumption that we are a scam is simply unfounded because you do not know what this matter is regarding.  At this time your account with our office has been closed and sent back. Your will not receive any further calls from this office. Regards, Nick W.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I will say I do not believe that they have not attempted to call under other numbers, however the calls HAVE stopped.
Regards,
[redacted]

Forward
Movement Recovery (“FMR”) is in receipt of the complaint referenced above.  Thank you for giving us the opportunity to
respond to this matter.
FMR
is a collection agency and the current creditor of an unpaid account in Ms. [redacted]’
name.  The personal loan originated with...

[redacted] LLC and the last four account number digits are [redacted]. We believe Ms. [redacted] is mistaken as to what she and FMR’s representative discussed as FMR’s policies
strictly forbid collectors from threatening consumers.  We have reviewed the complaint with FMR’s
representative who states that Ms. [redacted] has mischaracterized what took
place.  However, a note will be placed on
the representative’s file and appropriate measures will be taken.
In an effort to ease Ms.
[redacted], FMR has reversed the charges to her account that she authorized on
May 15, 2015 and the funds will be placed back in her account.  We do not know what else we can do to assist Ms.
[redacted] and hope that she will be satisfied with our resolution and to be
assured in writing and through your office that FMR will not be contacting him again
regarding this matter unless she contacts FMR herself as this account remains
unpaid.   Please
contact FMR if we can be of any additional help in this matter.

Sincerely,

Forward

Dear Ms. [redacted], FMR has been contracted to collect on debt attached to your name.  Said account was placed with our office on November 8, 2016. The first and only phone call that you made to us was on November 11, 2016. Unfortunately it seems that you spoke with a different company on...

several occasions and had sent documentation to them in an agreement that your account was closed. The conversation that you had with the representative in our office was reviewed. At no point did you request documentation via mail or even update your address. You also never addressed the issue you were having with your husband receiving calls. During the two minute phone call you were given any information that we had pertaining to the debt, you then offered to fax over a cease and desist. The fax number was left on your voicemail as per your request and the documentation was received on November 15, 2016. As per protocol your account was documented correctly and closed. This office has agreed to discontinue any future collection efforts.  We apologize for any inconvenience. Regards, Nick W.

documented the account disputed and closed. FMR would like to apologize for any inconvenience and assure you that we have discontinued all collection activity. You will not be contacted again. Regards, Nick W.

Dear Ms. [redacted], FMR has been contracted to collect on a debt attached to your name. Unfortunately businesses in the account receivables industry can easily develop a bad-rap. People that don't want to handle their financial obligations seem to want to label everything a scam. Once that starts it...

unfortunately just snowballs and it becomes something we have to deal with on a daily basis. FMR would like to apologize for any inconvenience. Your account with this office has been closed, and all collection efforts permanently discontinued. Regards, [redacted]

Dear Ms. [redacted], We have reviewed the phone calls between you and our representative. At no time was court mentioned as that is a very serious violation of our company policy as well as state and federal law. Your documentation was sent on 04/21/2016 to an email address of [redacted].[redacted].com...

outlining the agreement. I am having another one sent today. As far as your account being "hacked" I can assure you FMR has nothing to do with that unfortunate incident, all of your information is in our system which is very well secured.  FMR would like to apologize for any inconvenience. Regards, Nick W.

Dear Mr. [redacted],
