Movement Recovery (“FMR”) is in receipt of Mr. [redacted]’s complaint and
appreciated the address Mr. [redacted]’s concerns.
 FMR
is a collection agency and the current creditor and owner of an unpaid account
in Mr. [redacted]’s name.  The personal loan
originated with [redacted] Cash....

The last four account number digits are [redacted].  We are attaching the verification of debt
letter with our response that was sent to Mr. [redacted]’s email on September 9,
2015 at his request. 
      FMR has reviewed the
complaint with the representative that spoke with Mr. [redacted] on September 9,
2015, as this was the only time FMR had contact with him.  After our representative verified all of Mr.
[redacted]’s necessary information, we discussed the above debt with him.  Our representative stated that Mr. [redacted]
acknowledged having taken out the loan but wanted more paperwork.  At that time we sent him the attached.  Mr. [redacted] called back into FMR after
receiving the verification of debt and stated that be read we were a
“scam.”  It is unfortunate that Mr.
[redacted] was unable to resolve this completely with our office and has relied on
misinformation from the internet from which to base his complaint.  FMR is not a “scam” and is in fact registered
with the Secretary of State as a legitimate company.  
However, we will honor Mr. [redacted]’s desired
resolution and cease and desist all contact with him regarding this account.  We regret this could not have been solved
directly and encourage Mr. [redacted] to contact our office as the debt remains
unpaid.
