We value Mr*** feedback and have tried to reach him via email several times since registering this complaint. We have informed him that when his home went "under contract", he cancelled his listing with his assigned Broker. In order for him to re-list his home, the Broker would
have to enter the listing again, and this would be considered a "new listing" While we are not able to reinstate Mr*** listing for free, we have extended an offer to Mr*** providing a discount on the price for the MLS portion of the listing, in order to get his property re-listedIf he is interested, he would need to respond back with his intentions

If ForSaleByOwner does not refund the full amount paid for their "services" I will be filing against them in the court system
