I am rejecting this response because Ii bought this package to take care of all of the advertising sites (which was stated when I bought the deluxe package)Because of *** changing you are no longer allowed to do what I paid forThis is not holding up to you end! I'll paid for you to do a service in now your not providing itI do believe a refund of some sorts is in need hereThis is ridiculous to pay for you to do a service (which was stated unlimited) that you are no longer able to provideThe changes that *** made wasn't my fault, but you promised your costumers a services that we aid for, now your unable to complete! Again, I think that some type of refund is due.

I accepted the response for being refunded $for the *** ListingHowever, since we had already purchased our own signs for my mother-in-law's house and THEN received the FSBO signs over days after we listed it on FSBO site; when I asked for reimbursement for that listing also I was told we would have to send the FSBO signs back if we had not used them and she would have to "try" to get us reimbursed for the shipping & handling! I guess I should have just told her that we never received the signs for that listing either then she would have just gone a head & reimbursed us for that one too!!! Don't know why we - the consumer needs to go thru all of the hassle to return the signs when it was FSBO fault in the first place that we didn't receive them on time?!?!?!?!

Without doing much research I chose to list my home with *** This was a mistakeFirst they tell you there is a day trial period wherein you may receive a partial refund if dissatisfiedThe problem is it took days and numerous phone calls to have the listing placed on the ***Forms were received on Tuesday and submitted on Tuesday but my listing did not show on the *** until SundayI could not get any answers as to why it was taking so long and was always told the person I needed to speak to was not available but that they "would get back to me with an answer"I never received a call back, I always had to call back only to be told there still was no answerNext once it was listed and placed on the websites such as ***.com, there were only pictures and one was a duplicateI know the ***.com website and *** limit the number of pictures but I had close to pictures of my home on *** prior to the transaction with this companyWhen I asked how to change the pictures I was given the runaround and eventually told I coud not put my own pictures on the *** site*** allows pictures to be placed/changed by homeownersPictures sell houses so we cancelled our agreement with this "broker" whom did not answer questions within hours nor did his staff know what to say other than "he will get back to you" Why would I pay someone a commission for the sale of my home when there are so many other similar entities with better customer service? Forsalebyowner.com is terribleThere is not one good thing about itI have since changed companies and I am extremely pleased with the ease of service and rapid customer service repliesPay less and do your research
