very disappointed in FSBOI signed up for the service that included listing in the local MLS and Realtor web sitesFirst complaint was the several hours needed to imput pictures..only able to load 2-at a time and took several hours (had about pics total)Secondly, my information was never listed on MLS or Realtor...instead my information went to a new site called housepad.com...apparently FSBO handed my information off, however I only found this information out by repeated trying to contact FSBO to find out why I was not listedAfter a month, it was confirmed that I received an email from housepad.com that had gone to my spamHousepad demands all information be re-entered as well as Realtor contract be signed and returnedI contacted the Realtor named and never received a return email or phone call to address my questionsI requested a refund at this time, but was denied because more than days had lapsedVery poor experience!!

I purchased the basic package a week ago to see if this is the right choice for me maybe upgrade to the mls package later.However, my listing didn't get posted in any other websites, like [redacted] or [redacted] , that it's supposed to So I tried to reach out to the customer service and discuss the problemLive chat didn't work, they never responded to my emails, and to top it off, when I called the customer service and talked to Ebrahim, he said "It is what it is"! He didn't even care if I was going to cancel my postingI should have read the reviews first Complete waste of time and money! Don't make the same mistake as I did

The service was well worth checking out and usingI had several inquiries per weekThe property sold about six weeks after listing with Forsalebyowner.com I used their base package at no cost or commission and the property sold quickly

We value Mr [redacted] feedback and have tried to reach him via email several times since registering this complaint We have informed him that when his home went "under contract", he cancelled his listing with his assigned BrokerIn order for him to re-list his home, the Broker would have to enter the listing again, and this would be considered a "new listing" While we are not able to reinstate Mr [redacted] listing for free, we have extended an offer to Mr [redacted] providing a discount on the price for the MLS portion of the listing, in order to get his property re-listedIf he is interested, he would need to respond back with his intentions

We reached out to [redacted] and left a voicemail letting her know that we have refunded her account $for the inconvenienceAlso relayed that leads sent to her listing on [redacted] or [redacted] .com are forwarded by the listing agent to herShe does not owe the listing agent any commission at closeWhat ever amount that was agreed to offer to a buyers agent when she set up the [redacted] .com account is the only commission offered to anyone
