Explained that we could not offer a full refund for the delay in yard signs and because the customer was out of our 30 day refund... policy in our Terms and Conditions Noticed that the customer never utilized the Realtor.com portion of the deluxe package that they purchased and let them know that they would have 12 months to complete this paperwork if they chose to continue with our service. The reason we did not comply with the 30 day refund policy is because For Sale By Owner continually, on several phone calls, told us that the yard signs would be delivered in the next few days. After being told this untruth numerous times, we decided to pull our property off of For Sale By Owner, which was past the 30 day window, due to For Sale By Owner misrepresenting the truth about the delivery of the signs. The signs were delivered on August 20, 2015, after we had taken our property off For Sale By Owner. Per the For Sale By Owner website, our signs shipped on or about June 28, 2015, which was totally false and admittedly incorrect buy the numerous For Sale By Owner employees we talked to on the phone. A $50.00 partial refund does not satisfy the poor service, and poor communication we received from For Sale By Owner. FSBO has requested that I respond to their response. I spoke with a representative from *** last eveningAfter listening to the new services available to me, I responded by email to the *** representative this morning. Per the email received from FSBO, LLC I have a choice to either accept the new "super seller" package from *** or decline and receive a refund on the original MLS package I purchased. My husband and I decided that we will decline the free upgrade to the "super seller" package that includes auctioning our home and request a refund on the MLS package which is no longer available. However, I would like to know what other options are available without the option to auction my property. I don't feel that an auction service is what we need. I requested the *** representative let me know what steps I need to take in order to refund the original package price that I signed up for. I am awaiting a response from ***. I appreciate the Revdex.com as well as FSBO, LLC for responding to my complaint. It was unfortunate it took a complaint in order to be heard or recognized by this business. If the business would have placed a notice on their website to let customers know of the transition and new services they were about to offer, I believe this could have been avoided. I also believe if they were anticipating high volume of response to the new service both FSBO and *** could have handled the transition with better or increased customer services and people available to answer concerns and questions of their customers. Again, I appreciate the efforts of all involved. I hope to hear from FSBO or *** to complete this process

We have had our home listed since last yearSo I contacted them about their home selling guarantee, meaning they find a real estate agent in your area and upon selling with that agent they claim to refund the money you spent on the packageAfter submitting a form to proceed with the home selling guarantee I received an email that their were no agents in my areaAfter I contacted For Sale By Owner again in regards to the email I received, they said there was nothing they could do and because they were unable to fulfill the home selling guarantee portion, that was where our transaction endedNo refund, no further assistanceThe company boasts about how well they sell homes but are willing to leave you stagnant instead of truly assistingIt was not worth the money investedMy suggestion to anyone would be to list with a realtor and leave the leg work to them

I had my home listed on FSBO website for over years, and the only inquiries I received from the site were scammers or people who wanted to rent to ownNot a SINGLE legitimate buyerThe only real potential buyers came from the listing on ***Additionally, if you ever do get a legit buyer, don't go back to FSBO for forms, because you will pay dearly for forms you can get off the internet for freeBasically, after they rope you in by offering to list your house until sold, if you really want it marketed, you must pay, pay, payYou are far better off just listing it directly on *** or ***, and save yourself money!

Not once was I told that there would be an early cancellation fee, nor did Michelle tell me about a cancellation fee when I called to see what I needed to do I didn't call to request a cancellation I called to inform ForSaleByOwner that we were using a realtor and that I needed to know what we needed to do with our ForSaleByOwner listing Michelle told me that I needed to cancel my listing and never mentioned anything about a cancellation feeWhy would I agree to a cancellation fee if I could just sit on the listing for another months? This is just another reason why I'm not happy with ForSaleByOwner by them misleading people and trying to collect extra fees and charges
I will definitely not recommend them to anyone
