Yes, the sign was shipped but as 9/4/I have not received itI would have liked to have the professional sign because I have had calls and showingsSecondly, a company representative did call and say he would try to get the *** listings to be accurateThose listings have not been changed and are not showing important information on the houseAfter the Revdex.com complaint a representative called and seemed to be willing to troubleshoot my problems with the company's serviceIt would have been nice if I had that happen from the beginning and not have had to call multiple times with little to no helpThough as of this date I do not feel my $were well spentIt would have been cheaper to pay flatfee.com directly to list on the MLS and post on *** for free on my ownI would have saved $and been better able to manage the free listings

The person I spoke with was very professional and offered me a $refund for the signsUnfortunatley I felt that the $was not an adequate amount of a refund since I originally spent $I explained that I had lost faith in their ability to properly market my home and I preferred to part waysI was reasonable and acknowledged that since they sub out their MLS listings to local realtors, that expense was already paid forI asked for something more in line with a $refund however he said the best that he could do was $since I signed up days agoI thanked him but refused the offer based on principleI have decided to cut my losses and move to another service

I accepted the response for being refunded $for the *** ListingHowever, since we had already purchased our own signs for my mother-in-law's house and THEN received the FSBO signs over days after we listed it on FSBO site; when I asked for reimbursement for that listing also I was told we would have to send the FSBO signs back if we had not used them and she would have to "try" to get us reimbursed for the shipping & handling! I guess I should have just told her that we never received the signs for that listing either then she would have just gone a head & reimbursed us for that one too!!! Don't know why we - the consumer needs to go thru all of the hassle to return the signs when it was FSBO fault in the first place that we didn't receive them on time?!?!?!?!

I used forsalebyowner.com because another home in my neighborhood was using them, thought it would be a good way to save a money and possibly save a potential buyer some money
What I found was a lot of excuses about why it took hours to get on the FSBO web site in a prime time to attempt to sell my home I did not get any buyers through the site, only real estate agents because no one could find my number The only thing this site does is cost people a lot of money time and stress Please DO NOT use this site
When I called and tried to get them to give me any type of refund, they said I needed to fill out paperwork and use one of the agents they suggested and IF the house sells I will get a full refund

I've listed my house on 8/8/- months ago I've recieved no legitimate inqueries from my $advert on FSBO in a booming market and I've gotten more calls from posting the store bought yard sign Yesterday I tried using the Pricing Scout tool to generate a fresh appraisal The tool does not work and generates an error message I tried Chat and the dialog displayed "you are number in queue and your wait time is hr min seconds" That script is not working right either I wonder what does work properly on that site! The site is full of bugs, their service did not work from me and I've got nothing to show for my money

It worked very well forThe process is quite simple and efficientI would use this site again and be happy to give it very high marks!
