Easy to use with helpful hints on selling

After speaking with Mr [redacted] , the Broker contacted the MLS to find out why this property listing was not showing on [redacted] .comIt turns out the the Colorado MLS didn't have it checked off to be syndicated and that was the reason why the property listing never was showing when a search was conductedWe appreciate Mr [redacted] patience as we worked tto resolve the situation

I paid more for an upgraded package that included an option for a video which according to their own marketing, "increases your email responses by 35%" compared to listings without videos I created the video, uploaded to the site, but no one can access it from the listing I emailed customer service and received no response after one week, so I called customer service The rep was yawning on the phone, and indicated he would take a message and send it up the chain, but he was just a call center worker and couldn't help me I then posted a message to their Facebook page and received a call from someone in my market who said they were upgrading their website, and there were just some bugs with the launch That a new version should be out in a week that would hopefully correct the problem A week later the problem was not corrected and no call back from my contact, so I called him He explained they were still having issues and there would be another launch two weeks later that would hopefully fix the problems (there were multiple issues with my listing, the video was just the biggest)! Well, it's two weeks later and no call from the rep and the video problem is still not fixed I wouldn't recommend this service at all based on the problems with their website, their lack of customer service and the limited traffic I've had to my forsalebyowner.com listing compared to other sitesThey have never once offered to refund any of my money even though they are not providing all the services I paid for

I listed my home using this service, with the complete MLS package ($600) The listing finally appeared on the [redacted] with the wrong address The property address road name is misspelled Also, the listing agent's paperwork did not allow for making a designation between units on my mult-family listing, so the listing is very confusing I get no answer on the phone from FSBO.com, neither by chat Seriously? I've just spent a ton of money for a webpage that looks worse than the one I built myself, and now I can't even get the address corrected I'm sorry I spent the money with this company Buyer beware

We have reviewed the complaint and our broker has spoken to the consumer. Although the property has been marketed for close to 2 months, we have agreed to cancel the listing and issue a full refund to the consumer. Customer has paid a total of $648.20 and this is the amount of the total refund back... to the consumer's credit card.

A few days after paying for ForSaleByOwner's deluxe MLS Enhanced package with "Heavy Duty Yard Sign Kit", we received an email stating that they were about a month behind on getting out the yard signs (and they blamed [redacted] their 'supplier')I found that difficult to believe I first tried to call at 4:30pm on a Monday and got a recording saying their office was closed StrangeSo I called the next day at 9:30a.m., and finally got through to "TOM" I explained that the situation and immediately got a "nothing we can do about it attitude" (Thanks TOM) He basically said Tough***, you'll get the sign when you get itHe said they were backlogged on listings and were just now getting to the ones from this monthHe said nothing about [redacted] not having signs All I asked for was to be reimbursed for the amount that the sign would cost, and explained that waiting a month to get a sign in the yard was unacceptable He could have cared less

So nice to work with a company that doesn't use pressure on you when you want to cancel their services I will DEFINITELY use ForSaleByOwner.com, LLC again and would recommend it to anyone wanting to sell their home

However, customer signed up for a service which included having her listing displayed on many sites, including Realtor.com. Customer signed up on 8.8.15 and cancelled on... 10.5.15. Therefore, services were rendered, excluding delivery of a yard sign. Per our terms and conditions, there is no refund available. However, given that the yard sign was never delivered, I did refund the customer $40 for the cost of a yard sign on 10.5.15.
