Mr. [redacted],  I appoligize that you are receiving unwanted telemarketing calls from the Star-Telegram.  I have forwarded you information to our team who oversees the telemarketing operation and have asked them to remove your phone number from telemarketing lists ASAP.

I have received no refund.

This is a valid debt and we have cancelled the balance. I have advised this to the customer a number of times

The FWST has promised me it would stop 5 or 6 times before this so I don't think this will be any different. The largest problem with this is the quality of the customer service dept at the FWST. It is impossible to connect with anyone there about this. The service hours and the fact that NO ONE there ever follows through. And the staff that actually throws the Mexican paper.

Customer has received a refund on 12/7/16 in the amount of 47.92. He is paid up until 9/5/2017. Customer paid 12/15/16 130.00. Thanks,

Ms [redacted],  I appoligize for the issues you have receiving your refund.  In reviewing your account I see a refund of $133 was processed on 10/31/17.

Ms. [redacted],  I apologize that your original refund was not the correct amount. We will send you a refund of then additional $45.

We have contacted the customer and gave him 5 days credit for missed newspapers and he is happy with that.  Also, gave him my contact information and advised him to give me or my team a call if there is any other problems.  I have contacted the carrier to see why he has not been receiving...

Outstanding balance of account was zeroed and account closed.  Customer was also added to DO NOT CALL list.

Call and I have adjusted the account to expire July 1, 2017.

Customer Service spoke with Mr. [redacted],  An agreement was reached to pay 1/2 of the outstanding balance on the account.  We will honor the new start once we receive payment and the new start order is received from the carrier.

It was a valid debt and we have cancelled the balance. Left msg on voice mail- Advised customer that when they sign up for the paper it states your account will continue unless we hear from the customer.  Your account goes into grace after the expire date.  We send 1st renewals out one...

month before account expires, if we do not hear from customer we sent 2nd renewal out after the account goes into grace.  Then we send a third one out before we stop the account. On all the renewals it states account will not stop with out the customer asking us to stop.

Called customer no answer.  It was a valid debt and we have cancelled the balance.

I have called the customer and adjusted the account to the correct expire date.  I gave her my desk number and told her when  her paper expires to give me a call and I would personal take care of her account.  She was very pleased about this.  I have also credited her one free...

I spoke with Mr. [redacted] and we agreed on an acceptable solution to his complaint as the Press Passes are no longer available.

We will write the balance off. Called customer to advise. It was a valid debit.
