[redacted]  I apologize that your account was not cancelled per your request.  I have cleared any balances from both the Star-Telegram and A.R.M. Solutions.

Called the customer and advised him, I have noted his account to stop all papers, we have also contacted the carrier and their manager to not deliver at this address.

I contacted Revdex.com on 7/27/2017 about a problem with my renewal to the Star-Telegram.  I indicated that I no longer wanted to receive the newspaper and requested a full refund.   The following morning,Thursday, 7/28/2016 at 8:15 am I received a phone call from Star Telegram telling me that the Revdex.com had notified them of my complaint.  I reiterated that I wanted the subscription renewal cancelled and I requested a full refund.  I was told it would take 5-7 days for the refund.  The paper was indeed stopped and we did not receive the paper for the next three days.  I was expecting that the matter was solved and that my refund would be forthcoming.   On Monday, 8/1/2016 my husband received a message on his phone from Star-Telegram that they restarted delivery of the newspaper.  I immediately called Star-Telegram and told them again that I do not want the newspaper, I want the full refund that I was promised on July 28.  [redacted], S-T rep, assures me that they will cancel the newspaper and process the refund.  She sat me an email indicating this.   I received the email indicating that the Circulation Office to refund $327.20, and that it would be generated in the next 7-10 business days.  I am still waiting for the refund.   [redacted] Revdex.com file # [redacted]

Called customer and advised her the we will adjust the account to the correct expire date.  Gave her my name and number, if there were any other problems.

business called me to say that they would retrieve the debt from the collection agency, cancel the debt, and send me a letter stating that they had done so. Like the bills which they never sent, I have yet to see the promised letter.

I called the customer service number yesterday - July 12, 2016 at 8:00am.  I spoke to '[redacted]' and the rep said that they would put a note into my file and forward it onto billing.  I asked when would I hear back from billing, and '[redacted]' was not sure.  My phone number is in the system as '[redacted]' was able to pull up my account using the combination of my phone number and address.  My phone number ends in 7275.  It's in the Star Telegram's system. To say that you tried to call me and no answer makes no sense.  I have not received any calls nor received a letter from Star Telegram subscriptions services.

It was a valid debt and we have cancelled the balance.

I have placed the number on our DO NOT CALL LIST and It was a valid Debt and we have cancelled the balance.

The account has been sent to the Finance dept to be adjusted to the correct date.

Customers account with the Star-Telegram is stopped has a zero balance due. Account has been closed with the collections agency, all collections will cease on this account.  Nothing has been reported to the credit bureau in regards to this account.Thanks[redacted]

Ms.  [redacted]  I apologize for you issues you had with getting your subscription stopped.  We have cleared you balance due on the account and also contacted ARM Solutions and closed the account with them. I have attached a copy  a closed account letter from ARM for your records.

Called customer and advised her she is on the DO NOT CALL List and should not receive any other calls.  Also, advised her I see where her account was stopped and that we would take care of the collection letter and not to worry about.  Ask her to call me if she receives another call proved...

We are having our cash dept look into this matter.  Letting them know you have not received payment.

We have spoken with Mr. [redacted] and resolved his billing issue. He was sent a Gold press pass with his one year Sunday only subscription renewal.

We have settled the complaint to the consumers satisfaction. I called and left a msg on voicemail... that this should not happen again and we are sorry.  I have given him our number at the Fort Worth office- hours are 7am-7pm Monday- Thursday 7am-6pm Friday 7am-6pm and Saturday Sundays...

8:30am-1:00pm. I have also credited his account 7 days for the missed papers.

We are working now to get customer a full refund.
