Call the customer this am and advised her she is on the DO NOT DELIVER list and I would have carrier come and pick the paper up and she stated, she would pick them up, she does not want the paper or any papers in her yard.  I have called and sent email to the carrier to STOP all deliver of FREE...

PAPERS. I have also given her my name and number and ask her to call me if anything else happens.  She was very kind and stated she would let me know if there is any other problems.

We are waiting on the cash dept to send the funds. It can take 10-14 business days

I am rejecting this response because: I never had an outstanding balance.  They signed me up for a subscription that I...

never signed up for.  The gentleman I bought a 2 month subscription for said it would stop after the 2 months.  But what actually happened was they signed me up for a subscription without my knowledge or consent and then told me I owed them money.  Everything is currently resolved, but they need to accept responsibility for what they did instead of saying that the outstanding balance has been cleared.

We have call the customer and no one would answer, left voice msg to give us a call and we would write the balance off this one time only and explain how the renewals and vacation works.

The collection agent has been contacted and it will not effect your credit.

Called customer, no answer left msg.  Advised we have taken care of the Balance and he should have not received a collection letter, because he did call and stop paper when expired. Left our number, if he had any questions.

We have spoken to our 3rd party delivery vendor, [redacted], about the importance of honoring this request.  As a check and balance we're asking that a member of [redacted]'s staff physically verify that delivery has ceased to [redacted]'s home, over the next 3 weeks.  Star-Telegram is asking...

that [redacted] send a confirmation e-mail (over the next 3 weeks) confirming that physical inspection of household was conducted and that delivery to Kimberly's address has ceased.   [redacted] will also speak to the carrier that delivers to this neighborhood and make sure they understand the seriousness/importance of this request.

All subscriptions auto renew and home delivery continues for a grace period of up to 90 days to ensure service isn’t interrupted while payments are sent and processed. During this period customers receive multiple notifications that their subscription is up for renewal.Please reference your renewal...

TST did call me back and assure me that they would stop delivery immediately, which I appreciate.  However,...

I have received such assurances in the past and have no evidence that any attempt has been made to keep their promises.  In fact, all previous evidence demonstrates their casual disregard of my concerns. Also, no commitment was given to reimbursing my disposal fees.  I will not close this complaint until the initial two requirements are met: 1.  Delivery stopped to my address forever (I'm willing to establish a trend over the next six months and use that in good faith).2.  Payment in full of the money they owe me for disposal of the litter they deposited on my property. I have given TST everyopportunity to resolve this matter on their own over a couple of years, and this outcome has always been in their control.  And I do not think my desire to not have their paper thrown on my property is an unreasonable request.  Because they forced me to this point, I will accept nothing less then 100%.

their subscription is up for renewal. We are sorry that we were not able to connect with you.  Your account with the Star-Telegram & [redacted] account have been cleared and you have a zero balance due, no negative makes have been made to your credit reports.

This was valid debt and we have cancelled the balance.

We have contacted the DM and show your paper is stopped.

We have adjusted the customers account and she will not expire until July 6, 2016. Advised her if she has any other problems to give us a call in the Fort Worth office.

Revdex.com File #[redacted]  UPDATE   On August 17 Star-Telegram responded to Revdex.com that "The refund is being processed".   I still did not have the refund on August 23, so I called Star-Telegram for the status of my refund.  I spoke to [redacted].  She told me that the refund of $296.99 had been credited to our MASTERCARD.  I told her we do NOT have a MASTERCARD.  I asked to speak to a supervisor, but was told they were busy.  [redacted] promised that a supervisor would call me back by then end of the day.  No one ever called.   August 24, I called Star Telegram again and spoke to representative [redacted].  [redacted] informed me that the credit of $296.99 was processed to a MASTERCARD on AUGUST 5.  I told her we do NOT have a MASTERCARD,  I also told her that when Revdex.com contacted Star-Telegram on AUGUST 17, their response was that the refund was being processed.  I asked [redacted] if I could speak to a supervisor, but evidently a supervisor would not talk to me.  [redacted] came back on the phone and told me that I was correct that I had paid by check and that I never paid with a MASTERCARD.  She said they would escalate this, that they needed to find out about the credit they issued on a MASTERCARD, and that she would call me back.  I asked her when I could expect to hear fro her and she said Sunday.   I am so frustrated. [redacted]

Mr. [redacted],  I apologize that your account was not stopped as you requested.  I have cleared any balance you have on your Star-Telegram account and notified ARM Solutions to close your account.

I have cancelled the balance owed this one time only, this is a valid debt.
