I have enjoyed these candles, beads, and lovely jewels! I have given them as gifts and everyone loves them too! Their fragrance is amazing and I like to put the beads in my drawers and closets to keep everything smelling fresh.

Lovely candles with exquisite fragrances, long burn time.

Have yet to receive my order, or any information about it. I ordered a candle and 2 bath bombs Friday, September 30, at 1pm, and I never got a confirmation email, and their customer service was awful on telling me if my order had even been processed yet. On their website, they say shipping 3-7 business days, but the processing of my order isn't even done yet, and they said it wouldn't be shipped until October 6. They need to be faster at processing, and ignoring customer emails when we are wondering about our orders is not good service. Both times I talked with someone over the phone, they didn't give me a straight answer, and really just told me its busy so I cant expect it to be there fast, which was rude. I was only concerned because they took the money out of my account and never sent me an email saying my order had been received.

Love the smells the candles the bombs can't believe what they have inside they're amazing

The two candles I've received from Fragrant Jewels have been one of the best. They leave the house smelling so good as soon as you walk in the door. They last a long time as well. Getting a ring inside the candle is a bonus. I've gotten 3 rings so far, one was a free one. The last ring I got is very pretty and I wear it all the time. I highly recommend this company.

The candles are very nice- the rings and jewelry are very beautiful I ordered them as gifts and they loved them. The candle smells really good. I haven't had any issues with them and I have ordered about 6 times.

I was not going to buy into the hype of these products when I saw them on [redacted] However I thought why not sounds fun and you get two things for the price of one. I love the different fragrances. Rings are beautiful. It is very unusual that this type of ring come in a size 5. I actually wear size 4 1/2 but I can buy size 5 even if they slip around my fingers.

My original order was 9/9/16. It took longer to ship than I expected. I did not recieve a confirmation email or email stating my items shipped. I ordered 2 of the more expensive candles and received one candle I ordered and one cheaper candle. It is now 10/12/16 and it is 8 days passed the replacement order that I was told took 3-7 days and I have yet to recieve an email stating my items even shipped. The two candles I ordered were both birthday gifts. They are both now late. Not impressed whatsoever. Multiple emails back and forth and I never get an answer back until I've emailed twice.

I have to rave about this product! I have ordered almost 20 bath bombs and a candle and have not been disappointed with any of the products! My friends that I have given the bath bombs too rave about the silkiness of the water and the rings have all been very pretty and I actually see them wear the rings and tell me about all the compliments they get on them! The candles are magnificent, they smell divine and last forever. I shall be ordering more things from Fragrant Jewels in the future! Try them out, I promise you that you will be delighted! I have recommended at least 10 people to try the site and they are ordering things as well....

I just talked to one of the Customer Service Representatives from Fragrant Jewels on the phone and she not only answered ALL my questions but she was super friendly, amazing and even got my products shipped out all in one phone call :) I love this company. If it was a home business like [redacted] or [redacted] - Best believe I would SO join this

I've loved everything I gotten from Fragrant Jewels. I've never had a problem with anything I've received or anything I've given as gifts. I've never had to return anything either. I really enjoy the company and their products and the fact that their products are made in the USA.

I ordered the Wicked set and a single bath bomb for my wife's birthday on the 12th of October. I was charged the 13th and heard nothing. When they say 5-7 business days they mean 5-7 months. I called the 21st ND actually got through after 20 minutes and I told them I wanted to cancel. They cancelled the ordered and said 5-7 days for refund. It's freaking November 4th, 10 business days and still nothing. On hold for OVER an hour and nothing. This business is a SHAM. The only people who are happy are the VIPs. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.
