Absolutely love buying fragrants from this company. Delivery is always on time and I am glad to say I have never had any problems with my membership, deliveries, and purchases from this company. I would also like to mention I love the fact that I don't get flooded with several emails, I only receive emails regarding new products and specials. Also, I have heard of complaints of the candles producing lots of smoke and found this to only be true when I have not followed the instructions on how to burn the candles. Never exceed the maximum burning hours recommend for the candle you order. The quality of the candles are amazing. 1 candle can give my complete downstair floor of my home a nice aroma with a lingering smell up the stairs. Absolutely, love fragrant jewels candles and would never buy any other candles that are like this from anywhere else! Fragrant Jewels is great company!!!!

These products are high quality and have a great variety! I've tried many of their products and have been highly satisfied with everything! I will be ordering for Christmas presents for family and staff at work

I have purchased 2 candles from fragrant jewel. I love them. They burn very evenly. And they smell amazing. I have lavender and rose. The smell of both are just amazing. The scent just fills my home. I contacted the company to confirm another order and they were very helpful. I also asked what they make there candles with coco nut oil and soy and they are Cotton wicks. Very natural, I am very please and want to try the bath bombs. So I ordered that and I'm gonna receive a candle through one of there promotions. They also set me this link so I can share my experience with you the public. And in doing so they will be send in me another candle of my choice for free. This is a great company and I will be telling all my friends about them. Oh and the the ring you get is quite nice even tho I have not won a ND more expensive ring. I'm still very happy with the rings I have received.

I placed an order from Fragrant Jewel. And my first order came with a free bonus ring and arrived in 5days.
I had a few items in my cart. I changed my mind and decided to just try one item for my first order just incase I didn't like it. So I removed the other items. But somehow I received the beads instead of the wax tarts I wanted. Although I did have both items in my cart at one point. So It could have been my fault.
I contacted the customer service chat on the website. The lady was so nice and helpful. She gave me no issues, and sent me a return label and mailed out the correct item right away. I am blown away that I didn't have to jump through hoops. If the wax tarts are good. I will definitely be ordering again from this place. BTW the beads smell great too. Good for sock drawers. But I want something to make the whole house smell nice (Wax tarts).
And the rings are really pretty as well. Although the ones I got were only valued at $10 each. But I'm definitely a happy customer.
Hoping the product is as amazing as the service they provide.

I love the smell of the candles! They are my favorite prouduct to order. The time it takes to ship is crazy though.. like I ordered oct 1 . Checked my tracking and it said it was ready for ups on the 7 th.. but it was like that until the 20th. But then I recieved it on the 24th... not really compmaining just something for you guys to look into.

Incorrectly charged my account a sum of money, when called offered a refund after much effort. But will not refund my money.

Love my Endless Summer Candle and the ring the was buried in the wax...like finding buried treasure! I've had so many compliments on my ring; the setting is beautiful and the stone looks like real pink ice! Two of my patients asked for the website so they could make their purchase. Thank you Scented Jewels for such a nice ring beyond what I expected!

I enjoy the products, I have ordered and received candles, bath beads, bath bombs, fragrant beads, and wax tarts. They all smell great!! The jewelry that I get from each product looks nice and so far I am pleased with Fragrant Jewels products. I have told friends and family about them.

I love Fragrant Jewels! I ordered their grapefruit mimosa candle because it matched the decor in my bathroom and wasn't sure if I'd like the smell. It's amazing!! When I ordered my candle I forgot to choose a ring size so I sent them an email asking if they could fix my order to include a size 6 ring before it shipped out and they emailed me back immediately and fixed my order. I got the candle quickly! It was packaged really well, I was nervous it would break in the mail but it's nearly impossible the way they had the candle wrapped. An elephant would have to step on it haha. The ring I got is a beauty! It's valued at $25 and doesn't look cheap or fake at all. Very pretty! I will be a loyal customer. Can't wait to try other candles!
